| Men's Lacrosse Remains Unbeaten With 12-5 Win over Albany
HANOVER, N.H.- Junior Scott Roslyn scored four goals and added an assist to
help the Dartmouth men's lacrosse team run its record to 3-0 with a 12-5
victory over Albany Tuesday afternoon at Scully-Fahey Field.
After Albany scored the game's first goal, the Big Green responded with seven unanswered tallies,three of which came off the stick of freshman Brandon
Wright, who finished the game with four markers. Roslyn scored the Big Green's
first goal at 6:59 when he took a pass from sophomore Darren Yulfo and beat
Kevin Rae. Wright answered 11 seconds later to give the Big Green a 2-1
advantage after the first quarter.
The Big Green broke the game contest with four second-period goals,
including two goals from junior Jake Dwyer, who notched three goals in the
game.
Dartmouth (3-0) received third-period goals from Wright and Roslyn to
lead, 8-2, and closed out the scoring by notching four goals in the final
period.
Sophomore Tom Daniels added three assists for the Big Green, while
junior Mike Gault played well in goal, stopping eight shots.
