PHILADELPHIA - Brendan Morgan scored a game-high three goals and dished out two assists as Drexel University earned a spot in the upcoming Colonial Athletic Association men^s lacrosse tournament while knocking the University of Delaware out with a 10-7 win over the Blue Hens Wednesday afternoon.

The Blue Hens suffered their fourth straight loss to fall to 5-9 overall and remain winless in CAA play with a mark of 0-4. The loss knocked the Blue Hens out of contention for one of four spots in the CAA playoffs which will be held April 30 and May 3 at higher seeds. Delaware, which is now 0-10 in two seasons in the CAA, has lost all of its games this season by five goals or less, including five by three goals or less.

The Dragons, who defeated Delaware for the second straight year after the Hens had won 23 straight games in the series, also got two goals each from Jarett Mizzi and Jesse Rumble and a goal and two assists from Sean Moloney. Goalkeeper Ryan Harney was tough in the nets, posting 15 saves as the Hens outshot the Dragons 37-31.
