The Game Story:
Daniel Brillman scored six goals and added an assist as the Yale men's lacrosse team blasted Fairfield 19-5 tonight at St. Andrews School in Boca Raton, Fla.

The Bulldogs, who have won two straight and are now 2-2 overall, scored 16 of the first 17 goals in the first half. Kyle Washabaugh added three goals and three assists and Tyler Casertano hit the net twice and had three helpers as the Elis outshot the Stags 45-31.

Dan Kallaugher dominated on the draws with 13 wins in 16 attempts while grabbing seven ground balls. Yale, which got every player into the lineup, had the overall groundball advantage (41-21).

Yale's starting goalie George Carafides made four saves and allowed three scores before being replaced by Joe Costa (3 saves, 0 GA). David Wright (0 saves, 2 GA) also saw time in the Bulldog net.

The Stags also used a trio of netminders: Mike Krueger (4, 12), Tim Gazzini (5, 7) and Jeff Cilente (1, 0).

The Bulldogs return to New Haven this weekend to host Penn in their Ivy opener on Saturday at 3 p.m.
