The Game Story:
Garden City, N.Y.--Junior midfielder Tyler Heavenor (Victoria, Canada/Storm King) collected six goals to lead the No. 5 Adelphi Panthers past the Bentley Falcons, 15-5, Saturday afternoon at Stiles Field. Adelphi moves to 4-1 overall while Bentley drops to 0-3.

Adelphi jumped out to an early lead, with reshman midfielder Stephen Camarada (Holbrook, N.Y./Sachem) scoring his first collegiate goal on an assist from junior midfielder David Toy (Perth, Australia), 4:48 into the contest. The Panthers would collect two more goals before Bentley would score at 12:32 to end the first quarter, 3-1.

The Panthers dominated the second quarter, outscoring the Falcons 6-2. Heavenor and Terrence Campbell scored two goals each while from freshman attacker Joe Droge (Port Jefferson Station, N.Y./Comsewogue), handing out three assists. Following the intermission, Heavenor scored the lone goal in the third quarter on an assist from Droge, his fourth of the game, to open the Panther lead, 10-3.

The fourth quarter offered much of the same with Adelphi scoring the first three points. Bentley rallied a late run, with three goals over the next five minutes. Heavenor sealed the Panther win on an assist from David Toy with 14 seconds remaining in regulation, 14-6.

Adelphi goalie Mark Miller played 53 minutes with 11 saves.
