game-high five tallies including two man-up goals.
After leading 2-1 after the first quarter, the Cardinals would outscore the Hornets, 5-1, in the second quarter using three of the six man-up tallies including Dan Lavoie's man-down goal. The senior added an assist and scooped up five ground balls while winning 17-of-20 face-offs. Senior Jimmy Nalls (3 goals, assist) and sophomore Tom Alexander (4 assists) recorded four points on the day for the Cardinals (6-6). James Hernandez scored twice for Shenandoah (2-7).
