The Game Story:
(Carlisle, PA) - The Dickinson College men's lacrosse team broke a 3-3 halftime tie with six goals in the third period en route to an 11-6 win over visiting Randolph-Macon on Tuesday. Junior attackman Brian Read (Timonium, MD/Boys' Latin) dished out six assists and added one goal to lead the charge as the Devils even their record at 2-2. Classmate Flynn Burch (Ruxton, MD/Loyola-Blakefield) tallied four goals on the afternoon.

RMC struck first just four minutes into the game at pulled in front 3-1 with two goals at 5:50 and 5:09 of the first period. Burch pulled the Devils within one at the 1:47 mark and sophomore Brian Mohler (Baltimore, MD/Loyola) tied the game just 33 seconds into the second quarter.

The teams would play scoreless for the remainder of the half, heading into the break tied at 3-3. Dickinson erupted for six goals in the third period to take a 9-6 advantage and held the Yellow Jackets without a goal for the final 18 minutes of the game.

Sophomore Scott Dagliesh (Chestertown, MD/Kent County) netted a pair of goals, including the game-winner, and also had an assist. Classmate Drew Peace (Lutherville, MD/Boys' Latin) assisted both of Dagliesh's goals and returned the favor with a beautiful goal in the final three seconds of the third period.

Sophomore goaltender Kevin Riley (Westfield, NJ/Lawrenceville) stopped 18 shots in goal for Dickinson and picked up four ground balls.

P.C. Johnson led RMC with two goals, six ground balls and seven face-offs. Brian Vierheller made 13 stops in goal for the Yellow Jackets.

The Red Devils head to Chestertown, Maryland on Saturday to face the Shoremen of Washington College at 1:30 pm.
