|The Game Story:|
| ONEONTA, NY - Ross Pino (Webster/Rochester, NY) became Hartwick

lacrosse on Saturday, but it was not enough as Elmira College took a 17-13
Empire 8 Conference win at All-Weather Field.|
Elmira (5-9) led 8-2 after a quarter and 10-4 at halftime. The 14th-ranked Hawks (9-4, 3-3 Empire 8) did battle back with six unanswered goals in the first six minutes of the fourth quarter to cut the lead to 14-11 with 9:36 remaining. The Soaring Eagles, though, got three straight goals from Alexander Karoly (Avon Old Farms/Brewster, NY) to put the game away.
