The Game Story:
April 15, 2006 - With both teams looking for their first conference victory Centenary came out on top of Manhattanville 13-6.

Freshman Vin Menzenski (Yorktown, N.Y.) led the Valiants with three goals and one assist.

Manhattanville came out of the gate strong and jumped out to a 5-2 lead midway through the second quarter.

It was all Centenary from there-on-out. The Cyclones scored eight unanswered goals and only allowed Manhattanville one more for the rest of the game.

Freshman keeper Tim Gorman (Floral Park, N.Y.) stopped four shots for the Valiants while Tim Spadaro (Centereach, N.Y.) stopped two shots. Centenary keeper Ryan Seickel stopped 11 shots.

Matt Rogers and Ryan Loomis each had three goals for Centenary.

Before the game Manhattanville honored the careers of its two seniors; Dan Law (Quesnel, B.C.) and Hakeem Odeyinde (White Plains, N.Y.).

Manhattanville fell to 2-13 overall and 0-7 in the Knickerbocker Conference while Centenary improved to 5-6 overall and 1-5 in the conference.

The Valiants will conclude their season on the road on April 19 when then will battle Knickerbocker Conference opponent Maritime.
