The Game Story:
ARLINGTON, March 19 - The Marymount University men's lacrosse team had an early 2-1 lead in the first quarter, but the visitors from St. Mary's College then scored seven straight goals to take control of the game and ended up winning, 12-6, in a driving rain storm in a Capital Athletic Conference game this afternoon.

Dave Mueller (North County/Baltimore, MD) led all scorers for St. Mary's with three goals and four assists. Kevin Whalen (Georgetown Prep/Bethesda, MD) also tallied three goals for the Seahawks who evened their overall record at 3-3, 1-0 in the CAC.

The Saints, who fell to 2-5, 1-3, saw Krager Sanders (Boys' Latin/Cockeysville, MD) score two goals in the loss. DJ Tayman (Mt. St. Joseph/Pasadena, MD) also had two goals in the game.

The Saints will play next at Cabrini College in a non-conference game on Saturday at 2:00 PM.
