| ASTON, Pa. – The Neumann University men's lacrosse team fell to Messiah College 13-5 in non- conference action Saturday afternoon. Both teams battled back and forth throughout the first quarter, ending the first benchmark of the game with Messiah leading 3-2. The duration of the second quarter proved who would come out on top as the Falcons began to pull away. At halftime, Messiah led 8-3. The Falcons continued their commanding lead into the second half as they would score five more goals to capture the win. Freshman Ryan O'Kane led Neumann with three goals, followed by sophomores Sam Maldou and Drew Millard with one a piece. Senior Andrew Neubauer had 15 saves in net. Neumann (3-4) travels to Albright College for more non-conference action on Saturday. Opening faceoff is slated for 3PM. |
