The Game Story:
WINCHESTER, Va. - The men's lacrosse team also came up on the short end of t stick Tuesday evening; the Hornets lost 17-6 to Pennsylvania Athletic Conference foe Villa Julie College.

With the win, Villa Julie (5-5, 5-0 PAC) set up a showdown on Thursday with Cabrini College for the PAC regular season championship. The loss also eliminated Shenandoah (1-8, 0-4) from contention for the four-team season ending PAC Tournament. The tournament winner will gain an automatic bid to t NCAA Tournament.

Dan Velez led the Mustangs to the victory with a two goal, five assist eveni and Bob Rinehimer added five goals and one assist. VJC had nine different people place their names in the scoring column.

Sophomore Elmer Baker (Fort Montgomery, N.Y./O'Neill) led the Hornets with t goals and an assist while Jeff Paolozzi (Brownville, N.Y./General Brown) and Matt Burton (Ashburn, Va./Woodbridge) had two goals each.

Junior Dave Behan (Holtsville, N.Y./Sachem) kept the hosts in it with a care high 25 saves. This stands as the fourth best performance ever for an SU keeper.
