The Game Story:
SELINSGROVE, PA DJ Tayman scored four goals as Marymount University overcame an early 3-1 deficit by scoring the final six goals in a 7-3 victory over Susquehanna University in non-conference men's lacrosse action at Sassafras Field on Tuesday evening.

Tayman scored once in each quarter as the Saints (4-7 overall) held the Crusaders (1-6 overall) without a goal over the final three quarters to pick up the victory.

Sophomore Greg Norris (St. Catharines, ON/Dennis Morris) scored twice for the Crusaders while junior Tim Storck (Cockeysville, MD/Dulaney) added a goal as Susquehanna held a 3-1 lead with 5:47 left in the first quarter.

Alex Curley scored with 22 seconds left in the first quarter to cut the Crusader lead to 3-2, then Kevin Conklin and Tayman scored in the second quarter to give the Saints a 4-3 lead at halftime.

In the third quarter, PJ Keshavarz scored with the man advantage and Tayman added his third of the evening to give Marymount a 6-3 lead, then Tayman closed the scoring with 3:21 left in the fourth quarter.

Marymount finished with a 36-34 edge in shots while Susquehanna held a 38-34 edge in ground balls. Juniors Ryan Walters (Easton, PA/Easton), Dan Torie (Wexford, PA/North Allegheny) and J.D. Lenoir (Lansdale, PA/North Penn) led the Crusaders with five ground balls apiece while Eric Fernandez paced the Saints with five ground balls.

Freshman A.J. Schaufler (Bernardsville, NJ/Bernards) finished with 16 saves in goal for the Crusaders while Alex Hammer made 16 stops for the Saints.
