The Game Story:
SELINSGROVE, Pa.. A 10-goal first half helped the No. 17 Union College men's lacrosse team to a 13-5 win over Susquehanna University Friday night.

The two teams played even in the second half, scoring three goals apiece, but the early eight-goal advantage held for the Dutchmen, who remained undefeated on the season. Susquehanna falls to 2-4.

Union struck first, scoring just 53 seconds into the game, then followed up four minutes later. The Crusaders got back within one a minute after that as Greg Burns (Charlotte, N.C./South Mecklenburg) scored unassisted to make it 2-1.

The Dutchmen added two more goals for a 4-1 advantage after one period, then scored six more unanswered goals. Burns added his second goal of the night on a pass from Ryan Walters (Easton, Pa./Easton) just 13 seconds before halftime to make the score 10-2 at the break.
