SWARTHMORE, Pa. - It was another heartbreaking overtime loss for the Swarthmore College men's lacrosse team (4-7), as Drew University's Scott Humphreys netted the game-winning goal off a Garnet turnover less than a minute into overtime, giving the Rangers an 11-10 win over the Garnet at Clothier Field on Wednesday night.

Swarthmore rallied from a three-goal halftime deficit (6-3) and led the Rangers 10-9 with under three minutes remaining in the game. Following a Garnet penalty for slashing, the Rangers tied the game with 1:03 left in regulation with a goal from Andrew Somps, forcing overtime.

Sophomore Jonathan Molloy led he Garnet effort with a hat trick, while senior John Bukawyn and freshman Ian Lukaszewicz (picured) were right behind with two goals apiece. Sophomore Brendan Conway put the Garnet ahead with his goal late the fourth quarter, junior Steve Selverian added a goal and assist while junior Wes Marcik rounded out the Swat scoring.

On the defensive end, senior Michael Brockway made 11 saves in goal while senior Mat Bowers forced a team-high four turnovers.
