(Northport, N.Y./Northport) with 0.8 seconds remaining in overtime to lift
fourth-ranked Washington and Lee to a 7-6 win over Elizabethtown in men's
lacrosse action on Wednesday afternoon at Wilson Field.

The Blue Jays (0-3) took a 6-5 lead with 2:17 remaining in regulation on an
unassisted goal by senior midfielder Justin Griffey (Aberdeen,

(Manakin-Sabot, Va./Collegiate). Neither team could find the net again in
regulation, setting up Collins' game-winner in overtime.

goal by Griffey off an assist by senior attackman Allen Churchman (Aston,

Molinelli to end the third period with a 5-4 lead. A goal by sophomore
midfielder Frankie Puzzangara (Wallingford, Pa./Strath Haven) with 14:25
left in the fourth quarter and Griffey's late goal preceeded the Generals'
late run.

Rider had one goal and one assist. Senior attackman Jack Murray
(Earlysville, Va./Albemarle) added a pair of assists. Sophomore Chris Lalli
