The Game Story:
3/15/06 -- No. 14 Widener did all it could against top-ranked Salisbury, but it was not enough in a 17-10 setback at Leslie C. Quick Jr. Stadium.

Salisbury (7-0), the three-time reigning national champion, opened a 10-5 halftime lead thanks to four goals from Dan Boyer. Mike Hurley added a pair for the Sea Gulls, who gained a 20-9 shots edge in that span.

But Salisbury scored six times in the fourth quarter to lock up the game. Boyer netted his game-high fifth goal with Hurley and Jimmy Creighton each adding a pair in the stanza.

Hurley scored four goals and Max Zarchin made one save over 43 1/2 minutes for the win. Riley Clark stopped three shots over 16 1/2 minutes for the Sea Gulls, who finished with a 41-25 shots advantage.
