The Game Story:
ROCHESTER, N.Y.-- The SUNY Brockport men's lacrosse team defeated Cazenovia, 20-4, in a non conference game today at R.I.T. The Golden Eagles improve to 3-1, while Cazenovia falls to 1-4 on the season.

Senior attacker Steve Reynolds (Oswego/Oswego) led the Golden Eagles with five goals, while Scott Nash (Syracuse, N.Y./Henninger), Matt Prentice (Auburn/Auburn), and Jordan Conrad (Bath/Bath Haverling) all netted three goals in the win. Attackers Anthony Ventresca (Syracuse, N.Y./Henninger) and Mark Vastola (West Seneca/West Seneca East) added two goals apiece. Andrew Behm (Orchard Park/Orchard Park) had three assists in the game.

Cazenovia was highlighted by Matt Cummings (Saratoga Springs, N.Y.) with two goals, while Mike Ruiz (Madison, CT) and Jon Rodak (Howell, N.J.) had one apiece.


Brockport had four goalies in the game recording a total of five saves.

Brockport returns to action on Saturday, April 2, when they host St. John Fisher at 3:30 p.m.
