Ursinus vs. Dickinson

The Game Story:
(Collegeville, PA)- The Dickinson College men's lacrosse team rallied past Ursinus College 11-8 on Saturday. The Bears held a 3-2 lead after the first quarter and a 7-5 advantage at the break.

The Red Devils scored the lone goal of the third period and erupted for five in the final quarter to improve to 9-4 overall and 5-2 in the Centennial Conference.

Senior Drew Peace (Lutherville, MD/Boys' Latin) led the attack with a game-high five goals while classmate Brian Mohler (Baltimore, MD/Loyola) recorded a hat-trick, including the game-winning goal at the 11:37 mark of the fourth quarter.

Bernie Nolan (Bowie, MD/Gonzaga) was outstanding on face-offs, winning 17-of-23 and controlling a game-high 11 ground balls.

Matt Kogelschatz (Baltimore, MD/St. Paul's) anchored the defense and had three ground balls. Senior goaltender Kevin Riley (Westfield, NJ/Lawrenceville) made seven saves.

Pat Nagle led Ursinus (8-5, 3-4) with three goals and one assist. Matt Orlando stopped 14 shots for the Bears.

The Red Devils return home to face McDaniel College next Saturday at 1:00 pm.
