The Game Story:
WASHINGTON, Pa. -- Senior attacker Ross Zachary (Greenwich, Conn./Scarsdale) posted three goals and four assists as Kenyon racked up a 16-6 victory over Washington & Jefferson in men's lacrosse action on Saturday afternoon at Cameron Stadium.

The Presidents (0-5) took an early 1-0 lead on a goal by junior attacker Kyle O'Meara (Lakewood, Ohio/Lakewood) and then assumed a 2-1 advantage five minutes into the first quarter after a goal by sophomore attacker Doug Lash (West Mifflin, Pa./Central Catholic).

The Lords (4-5) took over from that point, ending the half on a 10-1 run. Kenyon also scored five of the eight goals in the second half to run away with the victory.

Sophomore attacker Will Walker (Houston, Texas/Pomfret) added four goals and one assist for KC, while senior midfielder Dylan Sage (Greenwich, Conn./Greenwich) notched four points (2g, 2a). Junior goalie Dave Neiman (Glencoe, Ill./New Trier) made three stops. Kenyon held a 39-14 advantage in shots.

O'Meara and Lash paced the Presidents with two goals. Senior midfielder Phil Johnson (Washington, Pa./Trinity) and junior midfielder Justin Cameron (McMurray, Pa./Peters Twp.) both added one goal a piece. Junior goalkeeper Doug DiGiovanni (Washington, Pa./Trinity) totaled 13 saves in the net.

Washington & Jefferson continues its home schedule on Tuesday evening as it hosts Denison at 7:00 pm.
