The Game Story:
CONWYAY, Ark. (April 17) -- Trine University opened the game with 14 unanswered goals until Hendrix College sophomore attackman Clayton Cersonsky put the Warriors on the scoreboard with just 0:01 left in the first half. Hendrix dropped its 2009 home season finale, 20-4, on Friday night at Warrior Field.

Hendrix falls to 0-10 overall and will now travel to Colorado College for a 4 p.m. affair on April 24.

Cersonsky (Austin, Texas/Westlake H.S.) led the Warriors with three unassisted goals on the night, while first year attackman Justin Fortier (Niantic, Conn./East Lyme H.S.) scored Hendrix’s fourth goal with 1:54 remaining in the third quarter. Sophomore defender Daniel Abernathy (Bullard, Texas/H.S.) led the Warriors with eight ground balls and went 6-for-8 in face-offs.

The Thunder were paced by sophomore attackman Cory Childs with six goals and three assists. Sophomore attackman JJ Griesinger put the ball past the keeper three times, while first year attackman Andy Lauer and junior midfielder Kyle Mates touched the back of the net two times apiece.
