Husson vs. Lyndon State

The Game Story:
Bangor, ME - The Husson University Eagles improved their record to 2-0 as they cruised past the Lyndon State College Hornets, 22-11. After a close first half, with Husson holding a 10-7 lead, the Eagles would go on to outscored the Hornets 12-4 in the second half.

Nick Brown led Husson with six goals and four assists. Ben Landry added five goals and four assists. Anthony Diaz scored four goals for the Eagles, while Sam Smith had three and Lloyd Chris had two. Goalie Matt Linnell made 13 saves on 41 shots.

Chris Mansour led all scorers for the Hornets with a game-high seven goals. Mansour also added an assist. Matt Adams made 15 saves on 58 shots.

The Eagles next game is Monday, March 28th against Thomas College.
