The Game Story:
Berry's men's lacrosse team outshot visiting Alma 46-3 en route to a 20-0 victory over the Scots Tuesday afternoon at Berry's Ford Field.

Cory Hall, Nat Morey and Cal Supik scored three goals apiece for the Vikings, who received goals from 11 different players in the game.

The Vikings (2-1) led 13-0 at halftime after outshooting the Scots 27-0 in the first 30 minutes.

Berry held possession for most of the game, thanks in large part to a 17-6 faceoff advantage. Madison Moss won 8-of-11 faceoffs, Cole Howard won 6-of-8 and Andy Kurila won 3-of-4.

The Vikings also picked up 50 ground balls on the afternoon and were successful on 18-of-19 clearing attempts while holding Alma to just 10-for-22 on clearing attempts.

Maxwell Smerka, Michael Emanuelo and James Holekamp scored two goals apiece, while Dalton Guynn, Grant Philips, Bryan Byers, Kyle Lombardi and Jack Chase each found the net once for the Vikings.

Alma goalie Daric Mueller finished with 14 saves. Three Berry goalies shared time in goal, but neither Jordan Boreman, Brandon Sanders or Michael Harper faced a shot on goal.

Berry is scheduled to return to action Saturday, when it hosts Guilford at 1 p.m.
