The Game Story:
The men's lacrosse team played without the services of a few key players on Sunday afternoon against Colorado College. The Tigers took advantage en route to routing the Petrels 21-2 on Salamone Field. The Tigers dominated the first quarter 11-2 before putting the brakes on and coasting through the final three periods. Freshmen Jake Godwin and Coleman Plaisted notched two first quarter goals for OU but that would be all the scoring for the Petrels on the day. Colorado outshot Oglethorpe 57-8 and won 47 ground balls to just 24 for the Petrels on their way to the convincing win.
