DURHAM, N.C. -- Terrence Molinari scored four goals while Josh Coveleski and Zach Howell added three tallies apiece to lead top-ranked Duke to an 18-4 win over visiting Presbyterian in college lacrosse action on Tuesday night at Koskinen Stadium in Durham, N.C.

The Blue Devils improve to 6-0 on the year while the Blue Hose fall to 0-5.

Duke scored four goals in the opening four minutes of the contest and led 7-0 after one period. The second quarter featured two goals by Coveleski and the teams went to halftime with the Blue Devils ahead, 11-0.

After Molinari's unassisted goal put Duke ahead 12-0 with 14:11 left in the third quarter, Presbyterian got on the scoreboard when Cory Stemshorn found the back of the net at the 10:07 mark. Sam Solie then tallied for the Blue Devils before Presbyterian's Casey Minick scored with one second remaining in the quarter to cut the lead to 13-2.

The Blue Devils outscored Presbyterian by a 5-2 total in the final quarter to account for the final margin.

Rob Wellington, Brandon Allen and Solie contributed two goals each for Duke while Chris Loftus handed out a career-high four assists. In goal, Rob Schroeder started and worked a scoreless first period while Devon Sherwood (30 minutes, 2 goals allowed, 3 saves) and Max Wygod (15 minutes, 2 goals allowed, 1 save) also saw action.
