The Game Story:
Owings Mills, MD- The Mustangs (3-1) conquered the Ursinus Bears (2-1) in today's rain-soaked match, 17-6. Villa out-maneuvered the Bears with 51 groundballs to their 32 and 18 won face-offs to their eight.

The game opened with two goals in the first period for Villa by Kevin Donnelly (Laurel, MD/St. Vincent Pallotti) and Richard Ford (Baltimore, MD/Towson) with both being assisted by Steve Kazimer (Syracuse, NY/Henniger). The Mustangs managed four goals in the second period while Ursinus put in an appearance on the scoreboard with one goal.

Villa continued to extend their lead in the second half with 11 goals to Ursinus' five. The Mustangs were led by Ford with six goals and three assists. Donnelly contributed four goals along with Kazimer's two goals and four assists.

Villa returns to the field on at March 12 when they host a 2:00 p.m. match versus Wheaton College.
