The Game Story:
SAN JOSE, Calif. - A rematch against the Chicago Machine was just what the San Francisco Dragons needed to snap their four-game losing streak after posting a 17-14 victory against Chicago at Spartan Stadium on Saturday night.

It was the Dragons’ first win since an overtime victory against the Machine on June 14.

Bill McGlone was named as the Bud Light MVP after scoring three goals with an assist. Since being traded to the Dragons, he has scored six goals with three assists in three games.

While McGlone led the Dragons with a “hat trick,” five other players scored two goals, including Jake Byrne, who had four points. He scored two goals, including a two-point marker, and added an assist.

Rookie Mike Leveille led the Machine in the loss by scoring three goals with two assists while Terry Kimener posted a three-goal, one-assist effort. Kevin Leveille had two goals with two assists.
