Yup. If you don't have a goal, you could put tape on it so it looks like a goal until you get a real goal. |
 | - StMarysxLacrosse 12/07/09 reply
can you put this net around the goal so its like the brine shooting cage without the top? like look at the default pic for this product. keep the back where it is but take those left and right sides and put them to the sides of the goal so if it hits like left or right post then the net will block it?????? |
 | | - plincly 12/24/10 reply
yes. I don't have one, but my friend does, and he did that with his, it works great. |
 | - 33matt33 11/01/09 reply
i got the last one in stock. they mail it directly from brine so it takes a while. |

 | - laxxxxxxxxxxx 6/13/09 reply
to cut out a part of the net and then tie it to the posts of your net. |
 | - bernards123 6/04/09 reply
instead of using the stakes to put it into the ground, can you tie the ropes to two trees/posts on either side of the goal? |
 | - jocolax21 5/29/09 reply
i live by some woods my goal got a ton of holes this thing is a life savor |
 | - jagslax19 5/12/09 reply
can you split this into smaller sections. like it has 3 stake so can you make it 10X20 or 10X10 |
 | | - IAHAJKa 5/18/09 reply
i think u can because since there is the 3 stake things u can make it a smaller but of course u have to buy it 10 by 30 lol... they should make a 10x20 or 10x10!!!! |

 | | - SDubbLax 3/21/09 reply
I might do that too.. if you try it then tell me how it works out |
 | - westfiedlax23 1/26/09 reply
i got this for christmas this year and its amazing...it stops every shot and no u dont miss high unless u suck....alos u have to try to miss u will not miss if your aiming for any part of the goal |
 | - reLAXin1494 6/30/08 reply
in the picture it looks like if you miss high it would go right over. is that true, or does it just depend on how close it is to the goal? |
 | | - CliftonLax11 7/01/08 reply
don't be stupid and put the backstop right behind the goal. Make sure there is a large space between the two, so if u miss over the top there is time for the ball to sink back down and hit the backstop |
 | | | - laxxxxxxxxxxx 6/13/09 reply
you should do the opposite. put it as close to the goal as possible so if you miss high you have four feet of cushoin
 | - laxnessmonster 6/13/08 reply
This works great for anyone who owns a cage and has to always worry about the ball hitting something or chasing it. You can crank shots without worrying about missing the cage when going for corners. The backstop works best when its angled with the cage, so the backstop saves yard space and will stop a missed shot. Def get this! |

 | - brigg11 5/10/08 reply
i already have a goal and a rebounder. but my dad won't let me put my goal in front of our shed so i have to put it on the side of our yard, if i miss the ball usually hit my neighbors house (or car) or the ball goes like through 3 yards and i have to go chase it. if i get this i could have the ultimate backyard practice place.
but is it worth it........... |

 | | | - brigg11 5/22/08 reply
what are u talkin about. i was just asking... i've had to save up a bunch of money cuz my parents won't buy me anything and i want to get something that is good. |
 | | | | - jayhawkman34 4/11/09 reply
I would definately buy this, or you could try making your own, either way, you need something like this |

It sucks how there is like 18 in the store and none online grrr |
 | - hockeylax2 3/25/08 reply
do u think id be able to angle the 2 end poles so it fits better in my yard? |
 | | - BMT111893 4/13/08 reply
yes i most definitely think you would be able to do so |
 | - laxbionic11 3/22/08 reply
Based on the pic it doesn't really look like if you miss the goal over the top that it's goin to save it. nd that bad for me cuz i aim for the top corners |
 | - cvercillo12 2/12/08 reply
sorry boys i dont miss the net so there is no use in me getting this |
 | | - fayettelax 3/23/08 reply
nobody can nail the corners everytime...
and the whole point of shooting is to practice getting more accurate while you add more power at the same time and when you try to do that we all miss sooner of later especially if were shooting for corners.anyway...
my friend has one of these and its great. its useful especially if youve got woods near where your shooting at [which i do] its a good price too |
 | | | | - Duke Attack 6/21/08 reply
DUDE arent you just so sweet. I can hit corners everytime to but u actually hav to put muscle behind ur shot |
 | | - tuscanlax 5/12/09 reply
ya well what about all the bastards that come over to your house and just send it flying 20 feet off goal |
 | | - IAHAJKa 5/18/09 reply
sure u dont miss the net..... every1 misses is it!!!! |
 | - lacroxboy9 5/29/07 reply
i practically spend $150 on balls i loose anyways. plus this way u can crank them like 20 times and not chase |
 | - p8ntballfreak 5/14/07 reply
Do these rip easily? No sense in getting a backstop if I can shoot through it to. |
 | | - laxnessmonster 6/13/08 reply
Doesn't rip easily cuz the net is loose enough to cushion any shot. It can and will rip if the net is too tight. |
 | | - JoHn A 163 5/04/07 reply
This helps when your shooting a stacks of balls, so when you miss you dont have to run around picking them up or worry about throwing them into the neighbors yard.. you get much more time to work on your shot |
 | | - lacattackman14 5/13/07 reply
i live on a lake and the only place i can shoot is toward my neighbors yard, so when i miss i have to go through a ten foot wide garden filled with prickly bushes, an ive lost a ton of balls in the garden, this is a lifesaver for me. |
