this, professor, not x10 (ha). i really recommend this i have it as lsm and its great. not too wide, i hate wide heads, but not too pinched. great head

this clutch is beast i have it in black and its so sweet i love it

this head id great, the only problem would be durability. mine came so flexible i could fold it in half. not sure if that a factor defect, or what. but besides that this head is great, i used it on my shortie, and my longstick. if your playing defense, make sure to make a very high pocket with it, youll be able to rib it from 20m away from the goal. no joke, ive ripped some goals from just past the midfield line.

clutch x this thing is amazing i do lsm, ssm, and occasionaly faceoffs i love it. both my d poles have it and its awesome. if ur lookin for a wider head tho go with the stallion. (the only reason my shortie doesnt is cuz i had a proton power waitin around so i put tht on it)

i mean more pinched near bottom, go with stallion. otherwise, go with this all the way

The clutch is better for a attackmen cuz it's more pinched= betterhold, but u still can use the clutch for mid. The clutch x I would say is better for mid

dude the clutch and the x are bassically the same head. I used to hate the x heads until I tried the clutch x. the only difference is that the x is wider and easier to catch with and they both have almost the same amount of hold. and the clutch x doesn't warp as much as the clutch.its the only good x head.

Super power or midd because it is pinched giving you tons of ball control and accuracy, but clutch for attack because it has more wip! :)

A head doesn't cause wip, its the way you string it that causes the wip.

super power, it really is easier to string but the clutch x has more hold.

i'm going to millon in PA which lets you choose between this and the Cobra X for free. The Cobra X is more expensive and i wanted to try something new but i've always been a fan of the clutch. which is better? i'm Junior on varsity and i take face-offs and i will next year too.

my friend has the cobra, and i like it, but the x doesn't seem to be as nice to me...or so i think....anyways, your going to the millon camp in PA, right? i am too....

Which head is better between The Brine Clutch X or the Warrior Cobra X. Which one is more durable, will last longer, and is just better overall?

This is a good head for a attackmen and wing midi, bad for a faceoff midi tho, it will warp very fast with faceoffs, overall great head for catching, passing, and shooting

ive had this head for one high school varsity season, and i couldnt ask for anything better. its flexible, but still stiff enough that i can face no problem and it doesnt warp just pinch a little. offensively, the wider throat obviously makes it easier for the ball to get knocked out but it isnt a huge problem for me as the hold is still very good. defensively, the scoop is still wide enough to be used effectively and its light enough to throw quick slaps. i dont have any problems with the head itself, and i would recommend it for any level of skill.

I play aggressive middi and do faceoffs i want a durable lightweight head and i am trying to choose between the Cobra X the Noz X or the Gospel.. if u have any of these heads can u reply with ur opion on them and if you wanna tell me which shaft to chose between the Brine Swizzle Scandium 2011, the Maverick wonderboy, or the Stx Katana.. I'd actually go with the super power for your head, it's extremely light, quite durable and it doesnt warp when you faceoff, very flexible head. I wold go with the maverik wonderboy for your shaft, its light and durable. Hope this helps

the design of this head is similar to the Frnchise X

this over super power, this over clutch, and this over rize great middie stick, hasnt warped on me yet and its just a all around good head, i do faceoffs occasionally and it stays in great shape, but the factory stringing sucks so get it restrung if u get it w/factory string

how long does it take for this head to warp?

About a year or if you have it for a little while and hit someone just right it will warp quick and wont bend back.

Is this head better than the maverik rize

no head is better than the other, its just the way you use it or the position you use it for. obviously except for goalie.

i personally favor this over the rize because it is a bit more stiff.

how is this with a D Pole Brine Swizzbeat or a D Pole Brine Swizzle Scandium 2011?

I have this and the revo for d the clutch is extremely light so its good if u like to run up the field but the revo is stiffer and narrower for more hold and better checks so i prefer the revo but this is also very good

yeah but i suggest just getting a normal clutch i switched for the complete same reason.

I have had this head for 2 seasons now. this head is super light, but the bottom holes can break easily. Watch out for pinching with this head specially if you face off. with in 3 weeks mine was pinched. over all has high pocket and is capable for sick string jobs. I would definitly get this, specially if you like a mid to high pocket.

got this bout a month ago and its awesome. this the first head i have ever strung and it actually came out pretty nice.

I love this head. Perfect shape, perfect pinch, everything. I've bought this head twice now. It seems after awhile the bottom holes to secure your pocket tend to break on this though. A player on my team played with his head twice before those wholes snapped. Maybe it wasn't the head though.

Got this a few months ago and so glad i did. throws straight and has great ball control. GET IT!!!

best head very stiff but does warp in the heat so light and it is slightly pinched so its not too wide def recommend for a defensive head

This or the Clutch Superlight X? also, any shaft recommendations? I have the swizzle scandium from 2010, and i really hate its grip. Hi. I am in ninth grade and play varsity attack and face-off midfielder. I have narrowed down my head options to the Warrior Cobra X, the Brine Clutch 2X, and the STX Super Power. My club team uses NCAA head specifications so please don't tell me to get the Warrior Cobra, the Brine Clutch 2, or the STX Proton Power because I'm not allowed to use them! Please post your suggestions and any positives or negatives about each head. Thanks.

if you're a face off midi, and an attackmen, i'd probaly go wit the super power. It's decent for facing off and its a good attack head also. The clutch x is good to, since my friends have it and they love it.

So guys, I am looking for a new head for D and i need it to be slightly pinched but not too pinched (anything near proton power) or too wide (edge/xcalibur) I also need it to be stiff enough to deliver strong pokes. So i was thinking of this or the Blueprint X. which one? or any other suggestions?

I have this head and its so nice, it has so many sidewall holes so you can basically string it the way you want, the pinch also is really good cause its not too pinched but its still great. It is really stiff though but other wise its an all around good head

best bang for the buck is the proton power. i have it and it is the best head out there. great ball control and pin point accuracy
