this is good but if your gonna play in college soon i would just get the edge because your gonna need a new head anyways. and the edge is a great head for a D pole

Great head, and it is cheap. it is not as heavy as kids say but its a great head all around.

I would deifinitely get this for middie or attack. The only bad thing is its mad heavy so theres no point in a light shaft, I had a sc21 air with it but it was heavy.

Im still not sure if I like it or not got it bout a month ago with one of my backups. If you string stick I suggest something else easier like a proton power.

i have e3 and iv used a proton power many times and imma stick with the e3 cuz its less pinched than the pp which makes it easier to quick stick whith 2 defensemen next to you... unless your a middie.. then the pinch may be your friend

get a clutch

ive used this head for a year and its held up really well, i do faceoffs and it works really well on pops and rakes. only problem ive had is that it has a tendency to get pinched in the back, catching the ball on clamps but thats easily fixed

this head is really heavy. its like 5.3oz. yeah you can notice the difference. it feels so much lighter with a different head like a torque. if you dont want a heavy head then dont get this.

if a couple ounces makes that much of a difference to you you should really try and hit the gym.

I had this head, mine just broke (after 2 years), and im ordering a new one. My coach used to have one and he loved it, but he switched to something else because his broke and now he hates his new head, if you like this head, stick with it.

this head is awesome! i dont have one, but my friend lets me use his, and in return i restring it whenever its needed. its a VERY easy head to string, and the pocket that it forms is amazing! whenever i use it, im able to hit the top corners all day without the goalie having a chance to react.

good for intermediate players cuz it has a nice pocket scoop and is easy to string and its not that pinched so its easy to catch wit-wuldnt recomend it to mor advanced players tho

i would disagree,i know everyone is like 'omg clutch is tha sizzle,' but honestly i've thrown with a lot of different heads, and once you get your pocket set up correctly, you will love this head --Very reliable

I wouldnt recommend either of those. the evo is good, but it seems like more of an attack head. the E3 is made of brine plastic, and bends pretty easily. i would recommend the revo 2.0. its what i have used for the last 2 years that i've played and it hasnt warped or bent at all.

deffinatly. I have just switched over recently to the cyber pro, but still hold a great deal of respect for the E3. I've used it for 2 years now and ithas taken countless hours of hard play. I know people who use this head with traditional mesh as well and i've heard good things. I used normal mesh and loved it. Bottom line is the E3 is an extremely versitile head that is compatible with many types of strining. NOt only will it provide excellent ball control but it wil look sick as well. I highly recomend the E3 to all positions, (mainly d.) as well as the cyber pro whcih ive found to be awsome. Both are good solid heads that get the job done without sacraficing any things that a player wants. Also, this head is great with rock-itpockit, and makes an all around great head.

warrior fogo is designed for it, the face off specialist on my team last year had one and liked it. also the proton power will do you good, its very flexible

answers tend too break though but they're cheap soo... if u got the cash i'd go wit a pp i use it on face and its great for plunging

the juice has a very quick smooth release but the E3 is a good all around head. in my opinion go with the E3.

This head the juice is overrated. This kid on my team had a juice and it snapped in half the first day he got it. Then he got another juice and he broke that one too.

got the head strung with the factory mesh, and i was impressed. it is not the crappy fresh mesh that brine used in the past, they changed the mesh so now its like good hard mesh. the head is pretty stiff, i was alittle disappointed in this aspect becuase i am a defender nd wanted something really tougher but its adequete. the head has these little plastic wings that are at the top of the head, they are on both sides and there on purpose and the only thing i can imagine they are for is either cutting attackmen on slap checks or faceoffs, but overall great head, an amazing buy. oh and i just measured it and IT IS LEGAL FOR 2010 USE!!!!
