edge will stay stiff longer and last u much longer. proton u it too wide. not good enough scoop. edge is amazing for gb's. easier to string too.

having an edge myself and having seen a teammates proton U up close, edge is better. stiffer, more durable, more pinched, more stringing holes. all around better

It depends what level you are but I personally like the Edge it was the first head I ever used and I still love it.

Get the edge, I've used one for almost 2 seasons and it's still and good condition.

this head is great on D, very stiff, and makes great high pockets.

get the edge. its much better than the mohawk. hav it and love it. not warped at all and its super stiff. the whole setup can make some great string jobs

This head is great. It has good accuracy, weight, ball control, and shot speed. The durability seems good but i've only had it for a day. I have it on the Warrior Kryptolyte.

hot glue dye way put glue rondomly all over the head then let it dry then dye it how ever as long as u need to then peel off the hot glue and there u go

i like the edge, i have seen alot of kids break break the revo,

this head is really wide and only good for a beginner or a defense men but i have one that i pinched and it is amazing if you do pinch becareful because it get very very close be to being illegal

I play aggressive middi and do faceoffs i want a durable lightweight head and i am trying to choose between the Cobra X the Noz X or the Gospel.. if u have any of these heads can u reply with ur opion on them and if you wanna tell me which shaft to chose between the Brine Swizzle Scandium 2011, the Maverick wonderboy, or the Stx Katana.. I'd really appreciate if you guys can reply thanks

i got the wonderboy i love it.. just returned it cuz of the color, i didnt order it off of lax.com but i love it, i just bought the 2011 swizzle and i like it, but i like the wonderboy way more, prob gonna return swizzle and get wonderboy.

Get the Cobra X its really good. Its really light and stiff, but strong at the same time. I prefer the cobra X its hard to get it on the swizzbeat you have to get a hair dryer and heat the bottom to get the shaft on. I dont know about the Wonderboy or the Katana. Hope this helps.

guys do not get this i play d and im a fresshman in college at nebraska and ive gone through 10 of these they were decent i prefere an excalber They were semi stiff but each 1 lasted me bout 2 weeks. The reason i got 10 was cuz dad friend own a lax store and every 1 on my team get stufff from him and he gave us a box of 25 of these well r d unoit went through the box in a month but i took like 5 and thenthey broke but dad bought me 5 for christmas and they have all broken. most of then broke at side wall or at the ball stop DOMT GET THIS THEY DONT LAST!!! GET EXCAL !!!!

ive played defense for 4 years and this is my 5th and 2nd year usng this head. i dont play layback defense my sticks always in yourface and this head has held up through it all not to mention nice scoops, and great passes. overall great defensive head. only downfall hard to string because there are not many holes for string.

if there are any middies' questioning to get this head or not, i would say get it. it's durable, can string a great pocket and perfect for ground balls. i've had an evo pro 2.0, super power, and clutch and this is the best for me out of all of them. hope this helps.

Does this head need to be pinched or is game ready? Right now I am using the Clutch and I really like it a lot, but it doesn't do that well with ground balls.

I have been facing off with it for about 3 months and i have gone 80%. its not much the head as your reaction time but the ball never gets stuck or anything

the pros: Wide head, perfect with stx al6000 shaft, awesome for beginers, durable, great accuraccy. Cons: Falls out while cradeling. U shuld string it with 2 Vs, 2 lines across and 1 nylon line across

I played all 4 years in hs now im playin in college and this is the only head that has not broke on me. I may have broke like one but every other head i snapped in like 2 weeks. Its pretty stiff and has great scooping, i like the flat top. Best head i ever have used, E3 is really good too.

i play lsm and down low D and i got this head on an f15 and it's great. its a pretty strong head so i wouldnt be worried about it breaking anytime soon and it dosnt bend when you go to pick up a groundball
