i got these for Christmas and they are good but they aren't easy to break in. like any glove if they get wet there screwed. The thumb is kind of spiked but other than that they are great with good protection |
 | - riptheduk22 3/12/10 reply
I got these not even a year ago. They've held up really well, but they are still really stiff. They have no grip whatsoever. Go with something more flexible and grippy. The Mav Dynasty Supremes look sick! |
 | - noboi 2/28/10 reply
my friend gave these to me cuz he got new ones...way too stiff anyting i can do to loosen them, because i thougt they would be beter than my stingers |
 | | - ski99 3/08/10 reply
decent gloves with ok protection, just a little to stiff for an attackman |
 | - berkaman 2/04/10 reply
its lucky that my teams color is red haha easy 10 dollars to save on |

 | - kentlacrosse123 12/09/09 reply
these gloves are ok. they restrict movement a lot. i would not recomend for a middie or attack, trying to cradle with one hand with these is a chore. there better for D cuz they offer tons of protection. |
 | | - perrino611 1/29/10 reply
I play attack and i am fine cradling one handed is fine. Granted I have problly 2 sizes too big of a pair but it seems fine. |

 | - patelr13 7/08/09 reply
Ive had these for one year now and theres been no problem with durability at all. protection is great too. they dont allow for ton of movement but all in all there great gloves |
 | - critsurfer23 5/25/09 reply
I play defense and middie. I like all 3 gloves, but I don't know which one to get. The last pair of gloves I had was a pair of Kings (1s not 2s), and I loved them. I know that Defts are the cheapest, and King 2s are the most expensive. HELP ME! |
 | | - laxbro88 5/25/09 reply
silos man, theyre the most comfotable glove on earth. King 2's are good but way to pricey. and these are not very mobile so i would definately say silos. |
 | | | - Thompson2832 5/28/09 reply
I'm going to have to say that this laxbro88 is a genius..His knowledge of this sport is extraordinary. His mother probably loves him very much |
 | | | | - th3elite 6/02/09 reply
it depends on what you want
Silos are broken in, right out of the box, but they lack protection. but, my friend chris has king II's and they're amazing but, they took about two months to break in. so if you want flexibility right out of the box, i'd agree with laxbro88 and thompson2823 for silos, but if you want more protection, and are patient to wait for flexibility, buy King II's
 | | | | | - th3elite 6/02/09 reply
i was just laughin at what the dude before me said, i wasn't tryin to diss you for a good question, i'm actually tryin to decide between silos and King II's |

 | | | | | | | | - oktane 7/01/09 reply
yeah me too my friend had the silos and broke his hand in them the king II's have the best protection but the defts are really bulky but good protection |
 | | - Teh Starter :) 7/06/09 reply
I have a pair so obviosly im biased, but, ive heard alot about how people break their hands in silos and these are really bulky. personaly i believe king 2s are the best. |
 | - laxplaya2777 5/14/09 reply
these gloves have very good protection but are very bulky, and if your an attack men like me, i do not recommend these gloves, hard to cradle with and just cannot be agile with them |
 | | - faceoffLSM 5/18/09 reply
i agree on that for attack, middie, etc the brine prospects are a great choice though. similar but lighter and let you dodge, move, juke, etc
 | - SEDavis13 5/14/09 reply
yea so right now i have warior superfreaks and i hate them because they are really bulky on the top on the hand so i was wondering if with these gloves if it feels like your practically bare handed |

 | - riptheduk22 5/08/09 reply
I got these in black (13"). They are a little bulky and stiff at first (aren't all new gloves stiff?) but I think they will be great! I got 13" because I want them to last for as long as possible. I love the wrist cuff!!!!! |
 | - riptheduk22 5/01/09 reply
I'm almost 15, about 100 lbs. I'm going into high school this fall and I'm wondering what size I should get with these gloves. Right now, I have a pair of Warrior Adrenaline 6.0's (XS) and they are way to small even though my hand fits in them. I've tried on a M and L glove before and they aren't too different. I would want the gloves to last through high school if possible. Any suggestions? THANX! |
 | | - riptheduk22 5/04/09 reply
Never mind. I decided to get size L. I'm so excited to use them. My current gloves are killing me. |

 | - KM~lax~3 4/05/09 reply
I think that these were overal good gloves they arent great though. The wrist cuff wont allow you to move your wrist back, they dont have venatlation on your pinky and index finger. little bulky (i like that cuz i play d). and the grip wears SUPER fast if you have tape on your stick. if i were to spend money on a new pair of gloves just get a glove that wont disapoint you like the brine kings, exodus, or k18s. |

i dont like the kings and these are cheaper but consider that thes are a loose fitting glove my friend had to get a medium cuz the larges wer too big and my other friend gave me his and they are a medium and too big for me but the mav dynastys fit perfect in a medium |
 | - starz36 12/25/08 reply
I should have got warriors than these |
 | | - whslax17 12/26/08 reply
if you just got them then there gonna be stiff
just takes a lil bit to break in
my friend has some of these and there pretty good
but warrior is overall better
i just got shockers and there great
light, flexible, and good protection |

 | - laxxxxxxxxxxx 12/18/08 reply
u dont even have to break em' in ther ready to go right outta the store. you cant feel them when theyr on they have a great barehand feel and comfortable im guessing thes are basicly the silos with less comfort

I had the defts a really long time ago back in 7th grade which was 4 years ago when the first came out, so i really dont remember them to much. I cant decided between these and the macdaddy. I can get the macdaddys for 100 brand new and same with theses. I dont care about protection at all im more worried about flexibiltiy. I have the exodus 2's now but they are falling apart so i need new gloves. Any suggestions please let me know. |
 | | - trucked435 12/05/08 reply
if you want flexible gloves and not protection get the brine flight gl or the foxII's there the best gloves their is when you say flexibility |
 | - @(¤_¤)@ 11/26/08 reply
Sense these two gloves have been debating over one another things must be clear. First lets start off with the kings(II). These are expensive but extremly light wieght and let your hands breath. Its protection is quite good over-all the other gloves.
Now lets talk about the deft gloves. These will not make your wallet disapear as much the king's will do. These are famous gloves for its over-all protection. It's a standard glove mostly for all levels of play and positions.
It all depends over price vs quality, protection vs flexibily. It just depends on what your position is and what you prefer your glove to have! |

 | - redandwhite92 11/15/08 reply
my buddy in texas had these gloves, but when i tried them on and tried some stuff, i found that the knuckles restricted movement. if you can find them, really good gloves are STX Ipros. ive had mine and they got me through the tejas dpoles (hardest kind). real legit stuff |
 | | - thenewbcrew42 11/25/08 reply
i think these are for attack sense there huge protective gloves... attackers dont want broken hands when the d is always on them :/ |

my high schools team glove is the stx ipros
they were pretty good but near the end of the season they kinda got worn out and stuff

i dont like alot of bulk on my gloves, would these be good |
 | - fancypantsjoe 8/03/08 reply
For everyone who is disagreeing about which of the two gloves to choose. I have owned both and they are both excellent. Defts are a very good glove if you pay 100 dollars. Kings are 150 and if you are willing to pay that they are one of the best gloves on the market. Both gloves are good but if you are willing to pay the extra 50 dollars you can even better gloves in the kings. So if money is not a problem go with the kings but if you have a spending limit go with the defts. |

I bought these a little while ago and they have been great for me. They're comfortable, very protective, and extremely durable. Also, they're not too expensive. I would say that the Defts are a very good glove and I recomend that you buy them. U won't regret it! :)

 | - phatbiscut 4/20/08 reply
i have a pair of these, they are pretty good. the mobility and grip isn't too great. so what i do is i take a rubber band and i wrap it from the fingers to the wrist cuff so its easy to move when i play. and a little water usually does the trick to get the grip going |
 | | - unforgivable 5/28/08 reply
It really depends what you are looking for; the defts have crazy protection but the wrist guard kind of limits mobility and they are really bulky
and the rockstars are really light and flexible but not as protective
but overall GO FOR SHOCKERS!!!!! they are the best gloves out next to macs which are way more expensive |
