This pad is basically an exo skeleton, offering a harder, non padded, deflective base that shields off slash checks. This pad is not designed for those that put their heads down on ground balls. This is a run and gun lightweight option for any position that does not want to be hampered by excess bulk and weight.

dont waste money on expensive shoulder pad liners like these! i bought the brine king Jr sp, and i removed the arm pads, cut off the plastic things on shoulders, and cut off the sternum pad. they are excellent now! if you cut everything off like i did, the king Jr sp is for the most part they same thing as these and all the other overpriced sp liners, except $40 cheaper! |

thats what most people do but their enforcing a no cut shoulder rule and you get an equipment penalty if they notice your shoulders are altered in any way i have cut shoulders that i use but regular ones in case i get caught i will have to use the regular ones. i recomend one liner that is legal over cut shoulders

Are these very light, and almost feel like ur not wearing anything? Protection is not a big issue for me. And do the shoulders stick out of the jersey, like pointy? |

These pads were light and flexible, and pretty good about protection. Of course they aren't AMAZING when it comes to protection but they are good, deffinitely recommend them. Reign on |
