If you want more protection but you still want flexibility get the nation flex's. They are very comfortable and flexible and you hardly feel it when you get hit and you can get them for only about $30 or $40 bucks too.
- jimmyg56 8/23/11 reply
spend some money and get assults same thing pretty much and not at bulky and funny looking
- lmhslaxer 7/31/11 reply
you guys that say u need a little more protection should go for the '09 model, thy're just as comfortable but have a hard elbow cap
- matt4 6/28/11 reply
the comfort is good, i play attack and hate arm guards. the protection is okay, but if your willing to give up proection for comfort go for them. Dosnt feel like you are wearing arm pads at all
- spencelax 6/26/11 reply
these pads are so comfortable and flexible, it feels like nothing is there... i dont care much about protection, i really just look for feel and these are perfect
- jstod12 4/27/11 reply
i play lsm and some d, and these are so comfy and flexible its like its not even there. the padding is similar to the built in padding in football girdles, specifically the nike hexpad and mcdavid's padding. not very protective at all but even if you play defense GET THESE. DO NOT buy the d pads unless all you do is stand on the sideline and look pretty. the padding isnt very thick or firm. i honestly havent noticed the "internal plate system". overall a very good pad for a defender and a solid pad for an lsm who can avoid defenders well.

- Gabriel46 1/03/11 reply

are these good pads for middis and do they offer good protection
- wsc_lax_2 11/01/10 reply
They're ridiculously comfortable and are good for midfield depending on age but the name LoPro is short for low protection. depends on if your ok with getting bruised up a bit. They potect from those annoying slap checks but overall they're good pads
- atlhockey19 7/24/10 reply

- Pipe City to Cage Town19 7/13/10 reply
because we r not pussies and with less protection gives you more mobility for shooting and we constantly shoot thats why

i drive a lot and can take a check and have these. it all depends if you can take a hit and these are beast for middies...... GO NAVY
- dirty joe 6/20/10 reply
it depends how often you drive and to be honest if you can take a check. i would only recommend these for midi. theyre comfy but just dont protect a lot. if i played attack i would go for more protection

- falconsmid14 7/13/10 reply
mo. are you stupid. you neeed mobility the most, if you cant move your arms, you wont dodge shhoot, etc. as fast. yes protection is important for some who cant take checks, like you and comfort isn't really important
- mtballa323 5/13/10 reply
Should I get these or the k18 ap's I want some protectiona and mobility?

how flexiable are they in game compared to these? What im really looking for is something that wont get in the way.
- mchslacrosse 4/01/10 reply
super flexiable, the only probablem i had was that theirs no protection on your actual elbow, like wheere it bends. it makes flexibility, but not protection. i love these tho<3
- dtrakelax 3/28/10 reply
do all of the of the colors come with the carbon elbow protection ot is it just red and royal?
- mchslacrosse 4/01/10 reply

- Evan Evergreen 3/02/10 reply
THESE THINGS ARE SO UNCOMFORTABLE...... If they even get a tad sweaty they start to really itch. Ive tried other pads and these are not comfy. They have good mobility and protection though.

im 6 foot 145 lbs. im tall and skinny. im a middie. i went from k18 arm guard to whatevs is better. i want a smaller arm pad thats comfy small but stills gives mobility and protection. if u got some ideas thats great. leave a reply. p.s. what would be a good size for me?
- EvanLax19 2/15/10 reply

I play middie and I hit a lot. In turn, I take some hits. the main thing i'm looking for is mobility and comfort. I would like some protection though. Which one should I buy? Give reasons please
- CanesLax29 1/18/10 reply
I play Mid Field and Defense(sometimes). Which do you guys think i should get. I want mobility, comfort, and some protection. thanks
- UvA LaXeR 9/17/09 reply
I'm looking for some new aps and these look pretty tight. I play varsity defensive middie and take a couple faceoffs and occasionally run down the field. I want more mobility and comfort over protection but I still want a little protection. I am 6 ft 155. What size should I get and are there any other aps you would recomend?

- FLA LAX 7/31/09 reply
if its not too late i went to camp and all the good kids had them
- laxbrochill 7/15/09 reply
When I first tried these on, they were extremely stiff and TIGHT. After wearing them for a while and sweating in them, they really loosened up. The protection is decent, however the mobility is incredible. Also, they look sexy
- maveriklax00 7/20/09 reply
i can agree with you on everything especialy that they look sexy but the d ones look sexier
- dsbaker4life 7/21/09 reply
yes they doo look sexy i see alot of colleges use them but then alot of the reviews complain about em so idk if i shud risk oredering them
- laxbrochill 7/22/09 reply
i think the reason write bad reviews on these is because they feel horrible at first. They totally cut off your circulation when you first try them on out of the package. You really have to sweat in them a few times to break them in. After that, they're heavenly. Also, these do not slide down your arm at all because they have a grippy material on the inside above your elbow, and on the forearm. As far as protection goes, these really don't offer as much as the other leading arm pads, but sometimes protection must be sacrificed for mobility. They will still protect you enough to prevent minor bruises and welts.
- là×å†îvË 7/01/09 reply
i'm about 5'7 135 and not insanely jacked but im pretty decent for 13. would these be too tight in large.. because i saw comments saying that these were too tight and if i got these i want to be able to fit them for a while.
- UpstateLaxin 3/22/10 reply
dude, if they fit paul rabil, who actually IS insanely jacked, they will fit you, unless your on steroids or something
- Teh Starter :) 6/28/09 reply
im like 5/9ish and 140 poundss with skinny arms, should i get medium or large?
- Teh Starter :) 6/28/09 reply
im playing d and want a smaller arm guard with some protection. but mainly i dont want to feel them on. these good?
- Cuse Lax #6 6/16/09 reply
Do not get these they have decent durability, NO protection, they are uncomfortable and they hold onto yuor sweat and are really hot and makes you sweat alot.
- là×å†îvË 6/12/09 reply
g22 ap, these, cell ap, or king 2. im a mid that dodges a lot, not really worried about the protection. flexibility and comfort is all i care about right now.
