damn heavy for sure once you take it out of your stick feels like your holding nothing in your stick compared to this weighted ball

this is true but i wouldnt throw with it cause when you go back to a normal ball you will be throwing all over the place..

Could the screw ball help u put curve on ur shots and does anybody know how to put curve on a shot???

the screw ball is for a golie because the ball has a werd bounce so it is harder to save bounce shots

my bro taught me how to put a curve on ur shot and all you have to do is when you are shooting just before the ball is released you twist your stick.

even though 90% of the time it will not curve . basically really hard to curve a flat surface ball

all you have to do is shoot side arm and it'll curve

Ya I really like the weigthed ball and as long as you have a decent string job nothing will break. It is AMAZING for attack

How much does the weighted ball weigh? Is it so heavy that it will snap side wall strings if you can get it moving? Is it too heavy to get it moving?

you can get it moving fast, it might break the strings if you were hardcore with it... but i dont think so, seemed just right when i played with my friends one.

i wish they sold them seperatly

the screw ball is a great idea because i am learning to play goalie and a lot of the bounce shots i see are straight on but i have seen some screwy ones and they are very hard to save so i think practicing those would be great

you'll see screw balls over time especially with good shooters. I once saw a kid at Army lacrosse camp manipulate the ball on the throw so much that it looked like it was going in the low left corner, but on the bounce just before the goal, it went right. The goalie had to save it with the butt end of his stick. Scew balls are also common on worn down grass fields indents in the ground change direction). The screw ball also helps with ground balls and catching. If you bounce it off the wall, you don't know where it's going which helps train you to react faster to bad passes. You can also bounce it of a wall and let it hit the ground and try to scoop it up.
