is this head hard to pick up ground balls with because of its flexiblity?

hey i was looking for good cheap lacrosse head is this a good all around head for a boy who plays middie and does a face of evey once in a while.plzs say pros and cons

Recently got this head. Throws well, amazing flexibility for face-offs, kinda weird to string but still easy, only flaw I've seen so far is it's a little hard to break in the pocket because of flexibility but overall great head.

its rly qiuck and works great pinched, it pincheds itself though so u probably wont hav to pinch it, eventually it mite become to pinched and become illegal but overall i love it

this thing is great for middie or attack. not so much defense. it is verry flexible side to side especially when it gets warm. also after a season it pinches too much halfway up the head and becomes illegal.

look at it this way, the head is very light so of course it won't be quite as stiff as some other heads cause the material is obviously not as thick, but you have to make a sacrifice somewhere rite?

i dont know dude, i have mine and the flexibility hasnt been too much of a problem, but then again my previous head was rediculous (in a bad way)every time i throw a stick check it collapsed in this one still holds up and its perfect for face offs

I got this a week ago and strung it up with traditional stringing and the hold is amazing and the accuracy is nice. great head, i recommend it

I have had this head for about a year and i think it's pretty good. It's extremely light and moneverable. The only complaint that i have for it is that it's not very sturdy, it bends extremely easy and is often very annoying on face offs. other than that i think that this a great head.

ive had this head for almost 2 years now and it works great.it has a very good pinch and is acurrate and has good hold.multiple stringing options. the only problum with it is it is too flaxible.the head often shaks when u catch the ball and is not very good for ground balls.is good for faceoffs.despite this it is one of my top head choices.this head is probably best for atttack but horrible for d. my head choices 1 clutch 2 evo pro 3 truth 4 proton power 5 xcaliber

I got this head because I thought it would be cool to have one. I play D, but I also have a shortie so I was going to put the truth on it. Within 24 hours of buying, I sold the head to a friend. Every time you catch it, the plastic bends where the string is impacted. It is the least durable head ever. You feel like it's just going to shatter in your hands.

i have the truth and it is probably the lightest head but it is kinda flimsy.i think it is a goodhead though.when playing attack this wouldnt affect u much though. personaly i would get the clutch. 1clutch 2truth 3aswer pro

what kind of mesh would go well with this head, i was feelin some 6D, but idk.

this head is prtty much amazing.. super light. works great for me on a dpole and also worked great for me when i played mid. not as stiff as a lot of heads but still works great

i had one of those really chaep $30 wide heads, it sucked. It is hard to get used to but its a good head

I play Attack in high school... probably gunna put one of these on either a Gait Ice or a Brine 7075 air... i would like a somewhat light setup but not really flimsy. thanks

i hate brine heads but the truth is pretty good but i would say get a proton power or a toque i play varsity attack and i love my torque i also have an evo ti its really nice but really expensive

I've had this head for a season and now i need a new one. Its completely illegal and warps like no other on face offs. Its way to flexible.

Hmm, they're kinda similar. I think the pinch on the turret goes further up the head, but it's hard to form a pocket low in that head. If your planning for a low pocket (good for one hand cradling) then I say go for this, but other wise I think that the turret is better.

i can get the turret for $50.00. i might get it is it easy to string? and how durable is it?

The torque, stiffi, razer 2.0, and many other wide heads will still be legal. The new rules only apply to the college game otherwise every head will be legal for high school

This head is very, very light (i want to say the lightest on the markey) but it's also very flimsy. I haven't used it a lot because it's strung with crappy fresh mesh, but I've got a python on it and the combo is pretty damn light

k, put one side of the hed to steel r somthin, then put ur arm on the other, n put all ur wait on it, then do the same to the other side, n keep doing that

if you didnt break your head from trying the first thing, try putting the head (on a shaft) face down against your driveway or something and bend the shaft over the head

there are a bunch of pinching tutorials online but i wouldn't recommend pinching this head if that's what you were planning

Dude I used this for faceoffs and attack and believe me, it holds up to the pressure. Mine is still going strong. I like it so much, I plan to buy another one, maybe even a couple.

I'd say the evo pro, both the proton power and truth are pretty flexible. But the evo is a bit heavier, and some people like flexible heads.

screw all three i would go with the clutch but if u really wont one of those heads i would go with the evo its probaly the best of the three

hi. i am a rough rider that has played a wopping 2 minutes and 37 seconds and i already made it to 5th string on my team!!! behind edward the wheel chair wonder. i need a new head to fit my aloy6000 i know that that is a pretty good shaft but i need a head to compliment it. i was leaning to the warpath or the warrior outlaw and i know that i dont deserve those xtremly high performance heads but i just got my allowance of 35$...any suggestions???

both shot speed and accuraccy come almost entirely out of stringing i would go wit the duece if your attack and truth if ur mid but the truth is slightly more durable and a little more durable

this the duece breaks in the same spot every time ive used it

i dont like stx heads personally this is more durable
