get these dont waste $ - 6/29/09
i had to get these for a box league in the winter. if you didnt have them you could play... i didnt really notice them and never took any hits to ribs...But only $20 dont by $70 pads for the ribs its just awaste you really dont need them at all unless your in a pretty intense highshchool district

i played middy n now d. i dont really like thses at all. they are comfortable but dont stop the blow from a lax stick. n the worst part mis they come un done in games so instead of beiong rob gaurds they droop to your stomach
