to answer everyones questions, the grip does not chip, it is not like a swizzbeat, its lighter than the stx scandium pro, this stick was made for middies, and defense mainly, and as you get further up the stick, the grip lessens

does the grip chip?
grip - 4/16/12 reply

is the grip similar to a swizzbeat
Weight - 4/05/12 reply

Whats lighter this or stx scandium pro

This is a great shaft! Pretty light, REALLY DURABLE, and it has a good feel. I personally think the grip is a bit overboard. the entire stick is coated in a grippy rubber, and at times it can screw with your craddling. I recommend this to anyone who is okay with that kind of feel. This would probably be a great D shaft
Easton stealth grip shaft - 1/29/12 reply

By far the best shaft I have ever used. I suggest this to anyone

which 1 should i get this or the h2 hybrid
h2 sucks - 4/16/12 reply

the "grip" wears off a lot. Its only a strong wonderboy with the worst grip ever made. 2 kids in my town own a h2. 1 kid doesnt have grip left, another had to tape over it. DONT GET THW H2!
(no subject) - 8/01/12 reply

the H2 is amazing its better than the wonderboy and your only saying it sucks cause the grip wears off the H2 is also made of scandium and titanium

EASTON LAX ???????????????????????????????????
Which to get - 6/18/11 reply

I can't decide which d pole to get: this Easton, STx scandium pro, or the gait ice someone help
this - 7/23/11 reply

get this, or if you want a really good dpole, get a swizzbeat. i have a swizzbeat and i love it.
SWIZZBEAT - 4/16/12 reply

my swizzbeats paint and grip is chiped in places after only one game. u need to be loaded to buyswizzbeat after swizzbeat, season after season. IF you use ur stick a lot (offseason) dont get a swizzbeat
(no subject) - 7/31/11 reply

get the scandium pro its definately the best, its light and and srtong better than the ice, gaits tend to be heavier
(no subject) - 5/15/13 reply

The gait ice dents really easy if you wan a good shaft you half to go easton stealth grip trust me amazing shaft last you for ever
grip vs no grip - 6/13/11 reply

is this one better than the one without the grip
sick shaft - 6/11/11 reply

Just picked up this handle- super light weight but feels solid. No issues with grip peeling off yet. Easton is known for putting out quality products and they have been working with alloys forever so I decided to give it a shot. Not too sure about the the Easton Launch Head though. However, it works with almost any head, Im using a Proton Power (just had to drill another hole on the opposite side) This handle is BroFOsho!
grip - 5/22/11 reply

get the one with out grip, i have had mine for about 3 weeks and my grip is peeling super bad
copy - 4/25/11 reply

kinda looks like brine swizzbeat scandium
these are amazing - 4/21/11 reply

(no subject) - 4/17/11 reply

(no subject) - 3/23/11 reply

(no subject) - 3/15/11 reply

Everybody needs to stop hating Easton because supposedly they are a baseball company. Easton originally came into sports through Hockey, not Baseball. They have always been the best products in Both baseball and hockey so give them a chance before you start hatin.
(no subject) - 3/27/11 reply

Yeah, not only that but im a big hockey fan and easton is absolutely one of the biggest and most common used companies in hockey. besides they have a defensemen mike evans who is with easton now, not a bad choice......
