New lighter and stronger, Titanium Enhanced Alloy results in deBeer's lightest handle ever. Innovative, new, modified octagonal handle shape with superior gripping qualities. Cryogenically treated to -310 degrees for extra strength and durability.
Does it still have the same weird octagon shape as the oldschool ones? Ive had these for 5-6 years and only broken one and the one i have now is about to break.
i have the older version of this shaft and it is dented a little at the bottom but it is still amazing. it is super light and i have it on a clutch x and it is amazing.
the db803 is not only cheaper than the ice, it also has a better grip it is a light sand paper feel. Not to mention its the same metal the only difference is the grips.
does this fit on an stx eclipse????? please answer soon!!!! My first summer games in a little less than 2 weeks and i need to know quick cuz i need to replace my AL6000 ive been using its to heavy and has like 100000000 dents in it
Get this with a clutch superlight x its the lightest combo you can get plus its a great head i have it and it rocks with a high pocket and only 3.75 oz.
i bent this while slashin a kid on the hand and just bent it back it will break soon but i love it and have had it for so long i'll by another i like it better than my talon
this isnt 2nd lightes itts the first n its not good at all for attack dents n bends soo easy i mean i love the lightness of it but not strong stay wit a krypto pro on attack they always put in work
this is one of the best shafts for a goalie. this is the second lightest shaft out there, the lightest is the ice...... if any goalie is thinking about getting this you defienetly should. you could pay $50 more for a warrior shaft that isnt even close to as light as this shaft. i said its good for goalies though because goalies dont get hit in the shaft alot. of course you almost always have to compromise weight for durability
First of all is the gait torque good and should I get it. Second what shaft should I put it on. I have a krypto pro diamond and a gait db803 and swizzbeat. Or should I buy a new shaft.
This shaft is the bomb. Even Better than the ratings. Had it for two years and had many other shafts including the warrior krypto pro diamond and the swizzbeat and the dn803 is my favorite. It also looks dirty with the proton power. Yahhhh!
I've had the db808 for the best part of 6 months, maybe 15 or so games and 25 practices. It does get dents pretty easily unfortunately. And the grip is not that great (i've now taped it up). What the db803 lacks in grip and durability it makes up for in weight. It's ridiculously light and when combined with a light head (i have an answer pro) it is noticeably lighter than most other sticks.
In this way, i really like it and will use until it snaps (pretty likely to be in the next year).
im an attack who needs a good shaft that can take take a hit but not to hard, and one light to still hit the outside shot, fast. so should i get this or the swizzbeat?
which one suit an aggresive middie more? kryptolyte, db803, or 803 ice. i want something that's under $100, light, and strong. i'll take any suggestions.
Ok, now some of you may not believe me just because this may sound crazy, but this shaft is the SAME weight as the kryptolite/krypto pro, etc. Also it is stronger than the krypto's.
okay so this will be a long paragraph, prepare yourself. I was on pluckingcorners.com and ordered the Gait Vitality b/c i needed a new shaft badly b/c i still had a POS shaft from my starter stick (i bought a new head). So i waited about a month a nothing came, turns out they ran out of the vitality s they sent me this along with a gait reactor head. this is a relatively very light shaft and i love it. iguess te paragraph isnt that big huh.
I play defense and i have a scandium pro... but i just had a growth spurt so my scandium is waaaay too small (it was cut), should i get this or buy another scandium? I need real reasons
P.S. all i really care about is how light it is, i dont break sticks often
If you're buying the shaft because of it's weight, you should know that this shaft is the same weight as any of the kryptolite series shafts. It's also stronger. I prefer this over the silencer too.
I have the Mp scandium swizzle the woodrow and this and this is my favirote its light and has nice grip to it, it has a few dents not a big deal though. Does the Super Power fit on this im going to buy it either way
i know a guy who had a p2 and the super power is just a bit wider, stiffer, and more holes. so the base should be the same. i think it will fit though..
i got my stick during the winter and after one season i already have one huge dent and a bunch of medium sized ones. i would recomend something a little stronger
iv had this for about a season and a half and it has held up very well except for 1 big dent i got a couple weeks ago on a shot. but very good far attack and very light
I remember a few years back when these shafts were around $48 on this site and a few others... now that they're so popular they've increased the price by so much.... lacrosse is a great sport but its companies are a bunch of misers.
i have the gait db803 and i love it. from what ive seen and heard there isnt much difference betweent this and the ice. i recommend the db803 only because i use it and love it.
I play middie and I have the Gait Torque and the STX vanadium, I got the one without grip because I heard it all comes off in like 3 months. its really good. and its sexy if you get the black head and orange shaft with orange mesh :D
