For some reason I cant post a reply on your comment. Our middie head this head and wrecked shop. After a few years though it started to warp and wouldn't through right. I'd say it is a good face-off head, but won't last you long so if your tight on cash or want a long-term head I'd get a different head.

dude hands down get the torque. best overall head. you can't go wrong. especially if you take face offs here and there, i'm in the same boat. i was an evo guy, once i picked up my first torque...i haven't looked back. look into the torque pro too >> that head is nasty, used it last season with a nike zoom, well balanced, a whole new feel to the offset technology. give it a shot if you have the chance.

yes. you get a good feel for this head you can pretty much pull off anything you're looking to do.

I play mid and sometime attack. I want passing/catching to be easy and have a decent shot too. Helix or Torque and if you could tell why that would be sweet.

go with the torque, it has a way better shot than helix and better ball control

I used to be starting faceoff middy and I only lost around 5-6 f.o. Then i tried attack and starting scoring the crap out of everything. This head is great for every position and it has amazing accuracy and speed. The only thing is that if your pocket is to high, the ball will fall out. great for pinching also

Get the torque!!!!!!!!!! Its a great head. I play attack and I am the leading scorer. So my shots have to be on target every time. For face offs its great. Its not that pinched but it has the right amount of flexibility. LT

you would normally want the pocket in the middle, but you can custom string it so many ways you can do whatever you want

this is a good head. its great for almost every postiton, and its awesome on face offs. the only problem i had with it was that it has really bad ball rattle, but its not gonna kill you

you prolly have tight sidewalls that take away your channel, the only reason a head would cause rattle is if its really wide. this isnt

I have both the torque and bionic, I dont know which to use as my main head. My torque has a 7 diamond mesh, and my bionic is strung with a regular hard mesh. Which head should I use. Also should I switch the 7 diamond mesh on my torque to a different mesh?

No doubt use the torque. It is much lighter then the bionic. And yes i would switch the 7 diamond with regular mesh.

a torque pro is made for crankshafts, while regualr torques are made for all sticks other than that they are the same

Both clutch and torque are great for attack, It just depends on what kind of pocket you like. The clutch is made for a low/ mid-low pocket and the torque is made for a mid/mid-high pocket. And if you dont know whcih you like, a high pocket gives you a quick release with a smooth release, and a low pocket is a longer release with more whip and not at smooth.

It's very flexible and durable. Best if your a faceoff middie, and def not defense.

If you like more pinch on your head go with the proton power. Other then that there not that different from each other. I guess it would come down to which brand you prefer. Me personally, I would get the Torque or the Torque Pro.

are you a beginner

stx bionic is more of a beginners head. if you get a torque though, it has a narrow face so if youre a beginner, i would reccomend bionic. if your really into it, the torque is good

well i hav the bionic and my coach let me use his stick for a game which was this head with traditional mesh and i liked it so wut would u reccomend... this with trad mesh or the bionic with trad mesh? and yah im a beginner but i hav heard that i am better than most beginners

but dont get it with traditional mesh get either hard or soft mesh, those are the best for this also i dont know what that guy was talking about, this head is really really easy to string

dont waste ur money on an evo pro. my torque head just broke after 4 years of use and i had to borrow the evo pro head because i had a game the next day and it is way heavier, and it sucks to string there arent any good latch on points for the shooting strings like there are on the tourque.
