Does anyone know if the proton power fits this shaft?

ok so i went to comlax and was lookin at this and its like the same as the ice except for the grip and this is a little bit heavier

ice's are better there less money and there lighter

i need a d-pole, this or a swizzbeat, is the grip on this thing any good

is this lighter than the stx vanadium?

i have a stx steel and it's pretty gnar, not gonna lie. i just need another stick in case something happens. should i get this or the gait ice or what? thanks

its light and tough as nails....im a starting jv d-pole and pretty aggressive and i got it at the beginning of the year and at the end there wasn't a dent on it and it still has most of the paint...i reccomend it to all d-poles

not even close, the warrior fat boy titanium is the strongest shaft out there. It is by no means light though, although I guess it doesn't matter cause your playing box.

i need a really durable d pole for a good price. this seems to be a good choice, but i dont know. i dont care to much about weight. durability is the most improtant, any suggestions? thanks

i just bought this and played 6 tournament games in 2 days and we won the whole thing undefeated...we played the Canadian Edge and theyre pretty rough and this thing doesnt even have a scratch on it... id say get it

i have a wonderboy right now, but i dont have a backup, wold u recomend using the wonder boy as the backup or the other way around.

jsut use whichever one you liike better first. either way if a shaft breaks you still end up usingboth of them.

I think it's a little stronger, and the shape is better to me. The other difference is that I think this might be heavier.

i had the same question and i decided to get the db803 and it was pretty good really light. But the grip wasn't that good, its not worth 80 bucks but still an ok shaft.

there like almost excatly the same in weight but if either one were lighter id have to go with the db803 but this is def. stronger and i like the grap and shape but the ice is the same thing essentially as the db803 but with great grip. overall i would go with this cuz its almost the same weight and stronger than the db803 or ice

id go with the vitality...check the user ratings of this and the db803...vitality - 4.4, 4.5, 4.5...db803 - 4.0, 4.2, 4.8....the vitality seems to be rated better, go with that

vitality is so much lighter get it i have it as a dpole and it is as light as a regular short pole

i believe the old school shape is referring to how the shaft curves inward on each side, so this way your glove/hand conforms to it giving you a better hold. In rainy weather, it will give you a better grip because your glove will set into each side of the shaft. with a shaft where the sides are flat, your hand will slip because your glove has nothing to set into...and i realize that what i wrote prolly makes no sense...but thats the best way i can explain it

Old school shape has a more flat grip with biger sides where as the New School grip has scalloped edges for increased strength and durability. If you want to see what the new school grip looks like, look at the Vanadium, by STX or the WonderBoy by Maverik.

get stx zirconium, its less expensive and better

this shaft has no gimmick and is reliable, strong, and simple. exactly what a shaft should be.

I've said this b4... GET IT WITH A PROTON POWER!!!!!!!!!!!!! It is the greatest stick I've ever had. It has good grip, good durability nd really light. Plus the Gait Triton sux. STX nd Warrior heads r the best don't get anything but those

any head can fit any shaft if you use a blowdryer on the bottom of the head for a few minutes... but a really good head for this is the torque. i used this and a toque before i switched to D-Middie and this is my favorite shaft

i play d pole and i have a tourqe pro (offset) on a crankshaft and it is extreemly sturdy
