Are these nylons or shooters?

the white shooters wear out very fast, ive only had them in for a couple days and theyre peeling pretty bad. not impressed

this shaft is really light and alot more flexible than my alliance. I have to tape it alot though to get my head to fit on.

What is the difference between these and shooting strings? Why do they have different names? Are these the tighter woven style shootings strings that are also thinner and harder to deal with?

goalie shooting stringers are like 6 feelt long and attack shooters are maybe 2 feet? also everyone here all shooters are the same besides the white shooters, white shooters are usually more thin and softer becasue they have not been died and proccessed and crap

Goalie shooters (around 54 inches) are longer than normal shooters.

yes these are shooters and i always use three thats all you need for a nice release and a nice channel.

Does traditional stringing work well for an attackmen that shoots a lot? I was thinking bout getting it but heard it has a lot of whip.

I have traditional and it's a little inconsistent(especially in rain) but once it's good and you're used to it, it's unbeatable

whatever color u want and u can keep it in as long as u want. the duration depends on how dark or durable u want the color to be

well u would need from 1 to 5 but i run a one nilone string for the top and then 3 shooting strings. It makes a stick have alot of whip veery nice. I am 12 years old and i shoot 68 with it. LAX 4 life

You also need a top string and a pull string at the bottom depending on how you string it, but if you just buy a stringing kit it will give you everything you need

Yea, these are very good. I use hard mesh, six diamond, and soft mesh and they work for all of them. They are also very durable. Buy these...

I know there's so many different ways to get your shooting strings, but i'm having a hard time figuring out which way works best for me. I'm a middie, and like a little whip. i've noticed that the college kids like to string theirs real tight at the top, and i'd like to try that. thanks.

u just buy regular nylons. barrow someones spool, you dont need to have a just nylon for sale!

these are shooting strings, the ends have plastic around them like shoelaces so you cant get a spool and cut pieces off.

Most people use three. Either all strait across or 2 V's and the top one strait across, this seems to be the best way to do it.

2 V's and one flat across for max whip

1 v with 2 across for hold and whip

on my franchise I actually have 4 strings. 3 across the top with one row in between then a V (more like a U) down where the ball sits. I love this because that V makes it more acccurate and better handling.

i actually have 6 strings. this is really the way to go if you want maximum torque and accuracy, and if you want to be a true laxer.

hard mesh is an easier throw and may make ur throw/shot go a little faster but soft mesh makes u catch just about anything that hits ur stringing because it adjusts to it as it the ball hits it and u can get used to throwing with it. its also a little easier because u dont really have to break it in....for a beginner i think soft mesh is better for ur first stick
