I need a new backup shaft for an answer pro. would this be good?

Yeah it peels a lot but that's just film mine hasnt gotten a dent yet out of two years of high school lacrosse with a lunatic on the other side of the ball at practice....i love it

for only a dollat more you can get the wonderboy a shaft thats 20x better so unless u cant afford an extra dollar i dont know why you would get this

so yesterday my friend mikey powell came over and we were playing XTREMEEEEE gorrilla cannon shoot. this is where u take a live gorilla and put in a canon then u shoot it at each other. so the gorilla was holding one of these bad boys and i was holding an stx alloy6000. and the gorilla was launched at me and i swung at it and broke the shaft in half. great buy. get it. unless u play this game w/ MP

litarally no durability don't get why maverick doesnt make more durable shafts. only the titanium wonderboy(and excel) and h2 are durable.

You really shouldn't get it. The paint and clear coat is always chipping, even with the smallest of checks. ...Mine snapped in the middle of the county all star game haha. pretty light, though.

I had mine for 2 games, and it snapped clean on a pretty average slap check. the grip chips and makes it uncomfortable. Get something else.

i need just a good light shaft

graphic chips right off leaves terrible feel on shaft each hit gets a new chip. break fast and just plain suck. maverik is still sexy though go with the wonderboy, had my d pole for 2 years, few scratches not a dent at all

its not a bad shaft as you can see the price isnt to high which would mean that its not going to be a top of the line shaft its reall nice though.... has a great feel not to much grip without tape and its very strong!! if you want a new shaft and ur not looking to spend way to much money this is wat u should get

Ummm. A kid on my team broke his and said the durability sucked but... He freakin hit it continuosly with a baseball bat in prsctice so I say go ahead and get it unless, you uh want to hit it with a bat...

i played with in like 5 games and i had a small crack in it....then took a shot while i was playing with friends on of them barely hit my stick and it snaped it is really weak

Dont buy! it is a complete waste of money it will crack then fully break... its not worth it unless ur playing in a youth league... if u are older quit being lazy and buy a actual shaft

This thing is harendous if you tape your stick the paint peels rite of nuthin you can do. It also snaps if you play alotta d as a middie

i just ordered it with a franchise its aweseome!!

i guess i should have actually played some lacrosse with this shaft before i actually made a comment. i used it the next day in practice and it broke when i crosschecked someone. i didn't do it that hard either. this shaft is a piece of crap couldn't even last through 30 min of lacrosse playing. i guess composite shafts in general are just no good. don't get this shaft you might i well take $54.90 and eat it, or better yet, just flush it down the toilet. its gonna end up there anyway. you would be better off buying several AL6000's and just changing your shaft when it gets to beat up, you would get more for your money.

im a 7th grader and i bought it a while ago and i hit really hard and its like every other shaft but i weighs like nothing.

its a pretty good shaft for the price, but the design is just a plastic coding over the actual shaft and it comes right off. i usually tape the top and bottom of my shaft and when i took the tape off to re-do it, the designs started peeling off. but if you don't care about that its a pretty decent shaft. its pretty light.

u could go with the diamond, it has the best grip of any shaft in my poinion and will last along time, my friend only has one small dent in his after two years of use, u could also get the wboy xcel or the regular wboy they are both very strong shafts

i had this shaft for a little less than 2 weeks and i regret buying it one hard check to the upper neck shattered it completely it was a decent heavy weight but it peeled like crazy and looked terrible after a week or so if youre wise you wont waste your money on this shaft

Im going to buy a new stick tomorrow and so i need to know what is a good shaft for a Brine Answer Head that is 40-65 dollars. Also i need to know if the Brine Answer fits with this shaft without any hole drilling, and if so how to drill the hole. Thanks alot. BTW I play middie and sometimes attack so i want something pretty lightweight and not total weak crap.

This shaft is pretty good for the price. Some of the things i like about it are that it's heavier than other shafts and adds more speed to my shot, and it's strong. The only drawbacks are if your looking for a light shaft this is'nt it and the grip chips off very easily. Good back-up shaft.
