depends on your position if you play middi or attack then get the 30 inch but if u play d get d pole. if u play both i would get the 30 inch

yes it does, but you will have to drill a hole in the shaft for the head screw

Its a nice and strong shaft but the grip peals off really quickly and its not a too light 6.3oz but if you are looking for something strong you will love this shaft.

I just got a new head from camp and r getting a new shaft i wuz going 2 get the talon spirit but that stor dusnt hav it anymore so wut iz the best shaft around $104 witch that iz plus tax and shiping so wut the best around that price and y

All depends what you play. I think maverik has the best quality for their prices. H2 weighs 6.3 ounces and is really durable. So if you get checked a lot or and agressive middie i would get this. The Phenix is cheaper and wieghs 6.05 ounces but idk about the durabilty. So if you want a lighter stick the Phenix is better. Wonderboy weighs 6.25 ounces, Wonderboy feels light in your hands and is still pretty durable. hope this helps

nike vandal, great value, light, and stronger than most 7075 shafts

Nike pursuit. it is just like the Vandal but with grip. little heavier but.... made with 7075 and mine has no dents and no paint chips or anything. Bought it for 80 bucks, great deal.

Guys i need to get a new shaft for defense pretty soon and im wondering what you think about this shaft, most importantly how light is it. I dont want to go much higher in price so if not this then something else with a similar price range. any suggestions?

good shaft for its value, but the graphics are a little too flashy for my taste. and to answer everyone's question, yes this and the sci ti pro are made out of the same material but the sci ti is stronger and lighter. i know this because i own both shafts and have used them both for an entire season.

love them both the H2 will last longer but the ice is a LOT lighter so lsm ice close D H2

I'm a middie and currently I got a summit shaft w/ a viper 2 head. I think its too heavy and the head's too wide so I'm looking for another shaft/head combo that offers durability but is light as fawk too. What does anyone reccommend I get?

for heads get a clutchSL, i played all season with one and it held up perfectly. for shafts i would recomend the wonderboy, or the h2, theyre both super light and durable

for head I recommend proton power. I play mid and used it the whole year and still great. for shaft i go with the ice. It very light and holds up well

Get the Cobra X its a great head ummmm.........shaft get the H2 or Ice. hope this helps

GREAT shaft, just got it. Its the wonderboy but lighter. ther red part is a grip but it isnt too grippy but all you need at the bottom is tape to keep the butt on

I use it with a clutch and i wouldnt call it light, but its pretty comfortable. lighter than most sticks

The wonder boy is good but this is lighter an stronger and none of those other head you mention, all too flimsy, my cobra x broke after 4 months

dont get cobra if ure playin d pole, and personally i c those heads more for offence, the clutch is pretty good for defence but there are stiffer heads, look at the x10 or the viper

ive had mine for 6 months, but ive played in 2 different leagues, not one dent or scratch, and trust me, i get checked A LOT

you need to drill a hole in the shaft. but all heads fit all shafts

not exactly, a friend of mine had a head that was too small for the shaft. but that was like 4 years ago so... they probly don't make stuff like that

I play aggressive middi and do faceoffs i want a durable lightweight head and i am trying to choose between the Cobra X the Noz X or the Gospel.. if u have any of these heads can u reply with ur opion on them and if you wanna tell me which shaft to chose between the Brine Swizzle Scandium 2011, the Maverick wonderboy, or the Stx Katana.. I'd really appreciate if you guys can reply thanks

But I have the gospel on a wonder boy and it is the best stick I have ever used. The gospel is a little heavy but really stiff and strong. Awesome for pokechecks and slaps

its a great shaft; the weight is amazing the grip is pretty good. it has this grip thing at the bottom of the shaft. mad nice. mine has 2 very small dents after the first game i played with it. kind of upset about that but its no big deal

My friend just got this and the edge sl as a combo and I strung it up for him. It was BY FAR the best feeing stick I've ever touched. Not a doubt in my mind that this is one of the best shafts. Btw, its a long pole

i have the bionic for attack it a preety heavy i think it like 6 oz but it really stiff but it does kinda warp like of u bend it it comes back to shape but it a little warped but then in like 5 sec it fine but after like 3 seasons it gets to be like 10sec the full recovery but it really goood head doesnt warp stiff the stringing holes are the worst ever u can barely get string through. its a great d head it be o.k. for middie an attack. it good for begginers that y i have it cuz i only have like 3 year of xp
