The Mav soldiers are at it again, and this time they've added seamless palm, sharkskin and shark gel to a glove that already yields maximum comfort and
protection, and gives you pure elite performance.
Compact and lightweight, the Maybach glove is designed with new DILLO flex, so it bends with your wrist, so you get ultimate flex and comfort without sacrificing protection.
k18 2s those are so much better vented and they look soooo sexy. i tried on some kids pair after practice at the unc lax camp and they wernt swety at all
i really need new gloves and i cant decide between these and brine king 3s. I'm a midi lookin for lightweight, flexibility, and durability. Money is important. which should i get?
WARNING! THESE RUN BIG! i bought these and they are too big and get caught on my stick, they make my throws really far right! make sure u have big hands if you get these!
went to the local lax shop tried these, mac daddy 3s, RBK 10k, RBK 9k, brine king 3s, and the sugardaddys. narrowed it down to the sugardaddys, RBK 9ks, and these. chose these out of those three because i got big ass hands and they run a little big. all 3 that made the final cut are great gloves tho
I play attack and I need new gloves desperately because I broke my finger in the fall playing with my old gloves. I heard these will smell after a few games in the sun. Can you wash them in the washing machine?
Best gloves on the market. Amazing flexibility, no break in time, all the protection with none of the weight. Maybe not THE best grip wise, but thats why they make tape. Also, invest in some arm&hammer if you buy these gloves. they don't have vents.
I am on a varsity team yr. round and am looking for a realiable glove that has good feel for the stick and protect well i was think bout getting these the k18 or the nike hurache gloves any suggegestions would help
I play d and have tried alot of different gloves, these give me the best balance of flex and protection. Great gloves!! Only wish i had held off buying then till the orange was back in stock but the red is sick!
if u want a glove that is really comfortable and flexible, go wit the king 3's. if you want some protection but still want a really comfortable glove, go wit these. k18 2's r kinda uncomfortable
These gloves are sick they look a little bulky but there really not i got them and they fit perfectltly its like wering a personal condom for your hand there light grip is amazing with the Kryptolyte i dont even need grip tape great protection they dont have any vent which is the only draw back but who really needs them
good gloves. very comfortable and allows for mobility. a little tight at first but loosens up easily. However, there are no vents on these gloves, which can be looked at as a plus or negative. no vents would be good in places such as michigan since our season is mostly games played in temperatures where ventless gloves would be advantageous.
these are probably your best bet. a few kids on my old high school team had them and they loved them. I wore them one practice too. there a lot lighter than they look, and they have good protection. good luck bro
their very flexable around the wrist and fingers and everywhere you need flex. but theirs one problem, their way too hot. their isnt one vent in it letting air through so, they get quite disgusting smell wise and very hot. very good glove though.
great gloves....most comfortable on the market, very flexible in the fingers, thumb is alittle stiff when you first get them but it goes away. very good grip and padding, dont feel anything when you get checked. ventilation is okay, seems like they chose comfort over ventilation for these gloves.
These are really good, but once they get sweaty they dont breathe at all. They are super flexible right when you get them. I loved them. Then I bought the new k18s and those are sooo much better. To me, its the same glove, just different grip and wayyy more breathable
First of all is the gait torque good and should I get it. Second what shaft should I put it on. I have a krypto pro diamond and a gait db803 and swizzbeat. Or should I buy a new shaft.
I need a new pair of gloves and i was wondering which is a better overall glove these or the brine silos and please post some reasons why one is better than the other.
overall great gloves... good protection and grip. they do not breathe very well, but it is not a big deal for me i don't even notice it. great gloves, worth the price. i like the grip on these better than the king 3 or 2.
I personally feel that the K18's are too tight on the hands, even with the 13 inchers. Not that these are loose it just feels like the K18's are skin-tight where as these are just snug. I have these and love them mostly because of their flexibility.
I love these gloves.
Pros
~Good protection everywhere. are long so they will cover more wrist while being very flexible so you dont sacrifice movement. Now I mean good protection as in if you get a check hard from a 170 pound defender with a titanium shaft it wont sting as much as it should.
~ These are the comfiest gloves I have worn. I wore the G22, K18 2, and King 2(these are the things people talk about most so I borrowed them from my friends and tried them out, except the k18 because I have them.) and Maybachs are the winner.
~Grip is really grippy. And they last for a long time. but will eventually wear out (mine lasted a season before I had to put tape on my shaft)
~The palms are durable, they have no holes on mine and I been using them for lacrosse season plus summer lax and they still have no holes and is going strong.
Cons.
~ they are so freaken expensive. I wish they were 100 dollars instead of 150
~ The leather on the protected area tends to "chip" off. It isnt a lot and not very noticeable but still its annoying considering I paid 150 for gloves.
~ This glove is not breathable anyone who owns these gloves and tells you otherwise is a liar. unless they live in in a cold place and you dont sweat. The sweat makes my hands cold
~ They are bulky but they look like tanks and is very good for locker boxing.
If you are fortunate during this recession and have enough money to cash out. I suggest getting these over the G22, K18 2, king 2.
Also the white one is pretty sexy.
if brand doesnt matter i would get the kapitals there broken in when you buy them. best glove ive ever owned. my bro has these it took him like a week to get em broken in pretty good. but if you want just those kind get kiing IIs. there sick
Ok so I play middi and I'm loooking for somthing with good movment, grip, durable, and they should breath well. The price doesn't matter so any sugjestions?
I have the shockers and my movement is awful. I cant move my wrist which makes cradling with one hand a pain in the ass as well as shooting and passing. Any suggestions on gloves that have better movement?
Well since u want flexible gloves id chek out the gait recons I hav those and love them... and the silos r also rly flexible and nice too... and all king gloves r pretty flexible and sick too chek those out
best gloves ever made wthout a doubt. i tried these on at a camp and fell in love with them. they are definatley the most durable, grippy, most flexible gloves ever. i thinlk their bette thank the k18's or the silos. great job on maveriks part
