They are kind of light on the padding. Personally shoulder checks dont hurt, but if that bothers you then get some more padded ones

what should I get these or cell 2 liners

Which ones should i get, the nike vapor elite liner or these? im a lsm/close

This is a shoulder pad. It lacks some protection in the chest but it is very nice
