This pad was a complete home run for Maverik. Elite and advanced player from all positions gobbled these up when they were introduced and Maverik even ran out mid-season. These speed liners offer excellent protection with maximum mobility. The velcro over shoulder adjustments allow form fitting custom fit in seconds. The added shoulder roll still gives you the confidence to get in the mix. These are an elite level pad for those that demand the best and still want a high level of protection without upper arm constraints.

I'm 5'6"-5'7" and I weight right around 130. I wanted to get these off amazon with a gift card but they only have large available. Would I be able to fit in these by next season? I have summer workouts too so that could add some muscle to me by then

is there a risk to having the speed liner or not?
(no subject) - 1/03/13 reply

they dont provide as much protection as shoulder pads, but are smaller and more flexible that the shoulder pads, and thats why guys like to wear them
(no subject) - 2/05/12 reply

these pads are great! just got them, so light and comfortable. the part where the top straps meet the front pad is velcro which makes it customizable for a perfect fit. Totally worth 110.
