is this a good head to play middy and is a good head overal

it is a pretty wide head, so if you are not used to that i wouldn't recommend it, but it is a nice head. i used the ecd stringing tutorial and it gave me a nice pocket and everything...

I'm an attack man and middy and this head works great for both. I also have used it on face offs and it works well in that aspect as well. By far my favorite head

What is the difference between the CEO and the CEO U?

There is none. The CEO is universal and some websites/stores say CEO "U" to make the buyer realize they're buying a universal spec head. The CEO and the CEO U are the same head.

I play D and this head is very stiff at the bottom and at the, this thing can withstand a nice poke check, and gives a few nice slap checks. Over all great head

Is this a light head. I don't need a light head but I like them better. Also, should I get this, a cobra x, a clutch, or a surgeon?

Would this head be good for a middie that shoots on the run and shoots outside a lot?

if you like the straight pinch and can get passed that just string it up well and its awsome alittle weird on ground balls because of the scoop but other then that its perfect

Got this head a month ago broke in the first tournament i made the mustake if not steaming ut so if you get it definitely keep i An eye on ut in cold weather that how mine broke it cracked all the way through the top rung in the side, byt while i had it it was great in fact i just bought anitger great head but just work it in a TON before legit gameplay

I currently own a proton power, and have no problem with it except for how fast it warps, and am looking for a stiffer head for an attackman who will sometimes play middie. So should I buy this, the Cobra, or the Surgeon?

The Cobra is far to unwieldy and heavy of a head. The Surgeon is a better head but I've seen is break in a hard check. This looks like it's pretty tough and if it's nike it's not to heavy either.

Nah, i dont think theres any major differences.

Im a middie and this head is still great! Its lasted me for about a year and a half. Definitely my favorite head. It has amazing hold, but yea its designed to be for attack.

mines lasted me a lot longer and is still kicking, probably only lasted you a year and a half because you play middie D, but if you are an attack men it should last u a long time. and i ride clears hard.

this head is a great attack head, im suprised a lot more pros/college players dont use this head, amazing pinch for a universal head, amazing faceshape all around a great head. also very durable with just enough flex near the scoop of the head. i give my CEo a 10/10. works well with high pockets 2

Thinking of buying for Defense. If anyone has used it on a d pole or know someone who has hit me back

its super stiff at base but the top is pretty flexy i feel like you would poke someone and it would just bend and stay bent, not a good D head, if u like pinched D heads go for Evo3. evo3x if u want it even stiffer

whats do you think is better the nike ceo or the nike lakota for middies?

nike ceo has a small face shape that fits attack much better than middie, plus the lakota is designed for middies. deff go for the lakota.

i need a stiff and pinch like a evo 3 is the stiff enough for me...i dont do faceoffs

if you are super agressive this wouldnt last long, very stiff at base yes but flexy at top, it really is a attack only head basically (i own one btw)

had mine for 2 years now, and a box season great head love it, only problem is it takes time getting use to because the face shape is so diffrent than most heads

very good for the price i saw it just as good as surgen and other high end head out there. its durable gunna last a long time, i own 3 and from now on i only buy CEO its so amazing. perfect head for any attack man.

this is the best head ever mine hasnt warped yett and ive had it for about a year now its perfect personally i have 4 of them this head is the best for attackman but i play middy but its still really good

i have this lot of hold

A head can't have hold

but it can have a lot of pinch, that doesn't let the ball move around a lot once you put mesh in it, so heads do determine how much hold the mesh has
