From our filming of top level Collegiate lacrosse, we are seeing these Power Shafts appear across many programs throughout the nation. The heavy trainers are used for running and foot speed drills and the light trainers get heads attached and are used in shooting, sliding and goalie drills. We would recommend these shafts for players coming up from the ranks of JV through college and then on to elite play. A real breakthrough from famed Coach Rotanz.

Warrior used to have this same thing for like $30. Sand, gravel, pennies, anything will work just as well as this and you're not helping the CEO pay off his new BMW. THESE ARE CRACK PRICES!

UNC men's fall ball video shows them using the power shaft at the 3:43 minute mark!
Also using the power shaft: Ohio St., Duke, Harvard, WNE men's teams plus the Syracuse and UNC's women's teams!

its to make you more comfortable with using a heavier shaft so your other shaft feels light making your shots and checks faster and stronger
