these are super comfy and flexable. protection everywhere you need it-collarbone, sternum, and shoulder. they are super lightweight too. the only thing is they run a little big. id say these would be great for a middie, but as for attackmen (or anyone who takes a lot of slashes) go with the stx shadows. they are not quite as flexable, but a lot more protective.
