STX offers the Amp as the value play in their shaft line. We have found this shaft to be very durable and reliable for beginners and backyard play. The defense pole and goalie shaft are perfect for youth programs looking to round out their position offerings and stay on budget. Worst shaft ever!!!!!!!! - 4/01/15 reply

Dents like crazy. I have so many dents on it. It's way too heavy also. Get it if you are the benchwarmer or if you don't play hard for ground balls or get the ball period. Just don't buy it. Please.
(no subject) - 3/09/15 reply

Love this shaft. Oh wait, i thought this was the stallion sic ti. WORST SHAFT
Burn it - 2/20/15 reply

I tried burning this shaft in my fire pit it was so bad
(no subject) - 12/01/14 reply

don't expect much - 6/30/14 reply

you pay for what you get in life, and $20 won't get you a good shaft. if you're a beginner, then go for it. but if you are experienced then don't waste your time.
First shaft - 6/20/14 reply

I got this as my first shaft for like 10 bucks, I didn't know anything about heads and shafts so I got this with a proton power u. The Head was fine but this shaft is heavy and dents like crazy
stx amp - 4/29/14 reply

I used this stick in one of my first games. the shaft was goalie length and was awesome for defense. if you get a head and string it right this shaft will work great.
Sucks - 3/27/14 reply

Idk what the hell goes through all your damn heads this is the worst shaft anyone can get that's why the price is so low heaviest shaft in the market DO NOT GET
shots - 1/20/14 reply

i'm looking for a used amp if anyone has one. too expensive for me, but greaaaattt stick. hit me up if you have any i could buy for say five dollars. 231-994-9071
(no subject) - 12/10/13 reply

After like a year of jest shooting around with this I looked at the shaft and it was bent!
(no subject) - 11/17/13 reply

Defently recommended for any collage or pro lacrosse player
Amp - 10/27/13 reply

Sooo good, but it is so expensive.
(no subject) - 10/29/13 reply

What do you mean, it's 20 bucks
(no subject) - 5/15/13 reply

Why is this shaft soo cheap?? Is it worth the money for being this much for a begginer?
stop hating - 2/01/13 reply

This stick is good for new players, it does what its built to do. Great for messing around.
DO NOT BUY - 10/14/12 reply

For those who arw saying that this shaft doesn't bend or dent, what do you play, girls lax? this stick the definition or awfull. O play D and in eight games, I went through nine shafts, nine. I didn't buy any of them, that would of been stupid, school supplied them. But anyways, this shaft sucks, both D and attack. Can't wait to upgrade to a wonderboy or platinum 9 or summit
Terrible - 7/16/12 reply

Unless you play U-9 or maybe U-11, or like to ride the bench and suck your thumb and never use your stick don't get this. Probably the worst shaft ever, maybe you could use it to screw around with but it wouldn't last long there either. My God-brother just started and uses one and he dented it just shooting with me in the backyard. Too heavy for beginners I guess, it's feels like nothing but I guess thats subject to how strong you are. STX makes this for beginners not really for people who will get check hard.
not that bad - 6/20/12 reply

this shaft isnt that bad i used it for my 1st season & ive been trying to bend & break it to get a new shaft but its not working -.-
(no subject) - 6/18/12 reply

(no subject) - 4/22/12 reply

(no subject) - 4/12/12 reply

Good for goalie? - 4/05/12 reply

ima goalie would this be good
(no subject) - 6/11/12 reply

something lighter
Are you joking - 2/05/13 reply

This stick would be great for goalie if you were playing in a league where everybody sucked. Have you ever heard of a goalie stick?
YESSSSSSS!!!!!!!!!! - 7/15/13 reply

Moron - 8/18/13 reply

Paul Rabil doesn't work with STX. He works with Warrior, moron. And he wouldn't design something of low quality and then use it. Stop lying to everyone you jerk
beginner - 3/31/12 reply

Great for a beginner but anything else would be plain old stupid. kinda heavy and dents and bends very easily.
(no subject) - 5/01/12 reply

If you think this is heavy, then quit lacrosse. This is lighter than a broomstick.
which one®™ - 3/26/12 reply

Should I get this or a krypto pro diamond, price doesnt matter xince i just won the Miley siras invetational singing contest. Trade marked
(no subject) - 4/19/12 reply

HORRIBLE!!! - 10/16/11 reply

(no subject) - 8/12/11 reply

This shaft is terrible, i would'nt even use this for a back-up, get a warrior alloy 6000 its the same price and a lot stronger!
That Bends - 4/15/12 reply

Warrior Alloy 6000 bends and dents easily too. I used one to do practices on my brother and i had 16 dents and bent to the right.

(no subject) - 6/04/11 reply

this is the worst shaft in the hole world i hit it lightly and bent it dont get it. it sucks.
(no subject) - 5/30/11 reply

bought this as a backup pole and it's actually pretty nice. it's a little heavy but that gives it a really strong feeling for checks, feels powerful. and my gait ice dented, and this didn't, when we hit them together. surprising not bad
duuude - 5/30/11 reply

(no subject) - 4/27/11 reply

Best shaft EVER! It does dent a little but it is lightweight and it is an awesome paint job.
Good for beginers - 4/26/11 reply

This was my first shaft ever. It's really crapy and dents very easy but I would recommend it for beginners. Don't count on having this shaft for a while one of my friends snapped his completely in half when he slashed it.
